It lets me resolve problems without having to involve the Dev team, and I can quickly create one-off reports for clients when they need something specific. The widgets also make it simple to deliver data to end users who often have zero technical skills and just want the report. The connectors are relatively easy to set up, and the Virtual Integration concept saves endless data storage while providing real-time views of data across multiple applications. It’s not really a feature, but it says a lot that there’s rarely a day when I’m not in Popdock solving a customer issue. Customer Support is always polite, useful, and timely. The upgraded UX recently released is a much better visual, more professional and cleaner. Seems minor, but adding the feature where the "waiting/thinking" image can be changed is much appreciated. (Although it I wish it could be rolled out across entire organizations and through the widgets). **What do you dislike about Popdock?** As a relatively new product, it will have a few issues, the only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. Does not detract from how great the product is - Very large data sets sometime run into memory issues where you have to restrict the data - The SQL Connector has some issues with certain data types that requires a workaround - Smaller bugs like column sort orders saving - The new UX version seems to have trouble with connecting some GP Data. - Have run into issues with Company segregation and aggregation of GP data that requires soem workarounds wiht the new version. Implementation works nice in the cloud. Quick responces for asistance and guiudence should you have any isues or just require some help. Users get to see there history within the same system and it blends in well. **What do you dislike about Popdock?** Has some quirks when biulding data screens need a good knowleges of how databases work and base of SQL. But screens and help are eeasy to master with pratice. **What problems is Popdock solving and how is that benefiting you?** enable to have a clean fresgh start in a new sytem without the burdon of time cleaning and converting hstoric information. Just bring through what you need. ### 23. Whether you need to integrate the data, report on it or just maintain the history of your data, Popdock has you covered. It doesn't have to sit on a server and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection and a web browser. The pricing of the product is very affordable as well, having 3 levels to choose based on your needs. And I must mention that the implementation time is minimal to get up and using the product. Working with eOne's customer support team is always a great experience. **What do you dislike about Popdock?** I can't say I have anything negative to say about Popdock. **What problems is Popdock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Companies need a way to access and maintain historical accounting data for a number of years and Popdock is an easy and affordable way to do that, whether implementing a new ERP system or archiving a company that is no longer in operation. It eliminates the need for maintaining a server and running the risk of that server dying on you and you no longer have the data. Popdock also gives the ability to do combined reporting by bringing your data together in one central location. ### 24. Popdock allows me to make any report that my team might need, and even set up automation to generate the report as often as they need. Any time I have trouble figuring out how to use our data, the Popdock support team is always there to help me create what I need, and show me how to do it myself next time. **What do you dislike about Popdock?** Our ERP system is kept on premises, and Popdock's team is still working on ironing out some of the data access routes for their prebuilt connector. Their SQL connector, however, works like a charm. **What problems is Popdock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Popdock allows me to easily build complex reports using data from multiple branches of our business, and even run analysis that our ERP system doesn't cover itself. ### 28. This product has allowed me to inactivate GP logins for most of our Managers that would log in to run SmartLists or other reports and instead use Popdock for this.
