What I like most about Lucidya is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The implementation was smooth, and it integrates seamlessly into my daily workflow. I use the platform frequently because the number of features it offers allows me to monitor conversations, track sentiment, and generate reports efficiently. The insights are always accurate and reliable, which helps me deliver better results. I also appreciate their responsive customer support, which makes the overall experience even better. What do you dislike about Lucidya - Social Media Analytics?

The primary challenge I face is with the data loading speed. Occasionally, generating reports or extracting data takes longer than anticipated, particularly when handling large datasets or during periods of high usage. Because I depend on the platform regularly, these delays can sometimes impact my deadlines. Enhancing the processing speed would make the platform more efficient and better suited to my frequent needs. Additionally, there have been several occasions when I used the Comments Sentiment Analysis feature for a report and encountered extremely offensive language in the results. One of my favorite features is the social media listening tool in Arabic, in which the AI can understand different arabic dialects. This helps my business see customer viewpoints and opinions easily and efficiently without complex input. I like Lucidya’s automated reports. Those contain metrics that give you a more comprehensive view of your customer-base, no matter the industry.
