Everlaw has its own ediscovery processing tool, the all inclusive price makes it very appealing specially for plaintiff firms. In addition, it includes very detailed how-to videos and guides to quickly help you with any questions you have. I love the fact you can oversee the entire process from collection to production.

Circling back to the ediscovery processing tool: It makes it extremely easy for anyone who is not familiar to eDiscovery to easily process documents, it basically guides you.

Additionally, the easy to extract and produce documents is also something that Everlaw has excelled and I believe no other vendor/platform has something similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have noticed that some fields cannot be processed when creating a production, for example the bcc and modified by fields are not available. I would love for Everlaw to review additional fields that hopefully can be implemented in future releases.

Also, I would like for Everlaw to continue upgrading their product. For example, we have noticed with our documents that the extracted text is not as great as the vendor's extracted text.

Lastly, we have also noticed that its OCR capabilities can sometimes lack accuracy when compared to the vendor's OCR (extracted text). This is a great opportunity for Everlaw to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Everlaw extensively on litigation matters involving large document collections, complex productions, and privilege review. What I appreciate most is the platform’s ability to keep the entire review process streamlined within a single environment. Its search capabilities are both powerful and intuitive, which helps me quickly locate responsive documents across large datasets. I also rely heavily on Everlaw’s coding, tagging, batching, and redaction tools, as they meaningfully improve efficiency and help maintain consistency throughout review projects.

The production workflow is another major advantage. Being able to organize documents, apply endorsements, run quality control, and prepare productions all within the same platform reduces administrative burden and helps minimize the risk of errors. Everlaw is a strong platform overall; however, there are still clear opportunities for improvement. Some advanced features are not always intuitive to find, and certain review or production workflows take several steps to complete. With large datasets, performance can occasionally be impacted, and additional integrations with commonly used legal technology platforms would further enhance efficiency. While the analytics and AI tools are valuable, more user guidance and training resources would help users fully maximize their benefits. I would also really appreciate the ability to sort documents within the binder by “produced to.” That would make it much easier to make revisions for missed redactions, removed redactions, and similar issues if they are inadvertently overlooked during the initial production run. The administration, processing and everything about getting a matter started is so fast. The automatic upload feature is amazing. It's so helpful all features are processed from the start, like indexing, email threading and more. I can't quantify cost/pricing for some of the AI features. I do get intimidated with the granularity for permissions and forgetting which feature permissions need to be changed on the org and user level. Maybe have a feature set pop-up agent alerting what you need to change to add specific permissions on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everlaw is extremely responsive and intuitive. It is feature rich without being overly complex. The deep dive feature is incredibly useful when working on creating deposition scripts by beginning with broad concepts and gradually narrowing down by filtering through the documents that the deep dive feature surfaces. It also saves a tremendous amount of time by allowing me to discover patterns in the discovery documents by surfacing relevant documents or by linking documents together based on broad inquiries. The Deep Dive feature is an excellent and genuinely useful implementation of artificial intelligence. It doesn't replace human thinking; instead, it helps avoid tedious searching while allowing the attorney to connect documents using their own knowledge of the case and the existing claims. At this point, there is nothing significant I dislike about Everlaw. I wish there was more organization for the binders; subfolders or other categorization could be a useful method for grouping related documents beyond putting them into just binders. The UI is much more user friendly than other eDisclosure platforms which means legal teams are much happier when using it. I like the processing speeds which you get in Everlaw which means uploading large data sets is as pain free as possible and also the certifications that you can take really help to make you feel comfortable on the platform. Intergration is geting much better as well with the advent of Claude connectors, and the AI offering is now brilliant and we are noting clients loving AI. Being a partner we can not offer good rates for clients but still sometimes hear platforms like relativity are cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very little to be honest, sometimes updates are made unneccesarily I think which cause minor confusions i.e. the moving of buttons to different places otherwise really not much else. Actually, setting up coding layouts and that being a database/project admin meaning you don't get automatic access to all coding layouts on the platform is absurd, must change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EverLaw seems very responsive; when I click or select an item, the response is immediate and smooth. I also like that the screen is not cluttered with 2 dozen icons that I will never use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps this is a feature I have not learned yet, but I don't see a way to assign a code to a batch of related documents. Instead, I have to go through them one at a time. Additionally, it would save additional time if I could just click once and assign the same code (usually not relevant) to a document I just reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Everlaw’s UI very user-friendly and fairly easy to pick up, even if you’re not already familiar with the platform. I really love the search feature, the data visualizer, and the training resources—articles, videos, and live sessions. Their customer service is amazing as well. It feels like the creators of Everlaw thought of everything. Everlaw makes reviewing, analyzing, and organizing documents incredibly easy. I am reviewing documents more quickly and efficiently than I would without Everlaw, and I feel more confident in my review. Everlaw support has been incredibly helpful so far, too. I find Everlaw user-friendly, especially compared to other document management and e-discovery tools. Navigating it is generally quite easy, and I find the tools intuitive, which is helpful for managing large cases. The deep dive tool, which is an AI functionality, is useful along with the other AI tools like coding suggestions. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was helpful. I also appreciate how the program assists with managing documents on both small and large files, tagging for relevance and privilege.
