Logikcull has helped our office save so much time in the review and processing of public records requests. There are so many features to take advantage of and they are always adding new features to keep current and competitive. The customer support is easily accessible. What do you like best about Logikcull?

In researching several different e-discovery platforms for our firm, Logikcull was by far the most user friendly. The customer service has also been wonderful. I commonly utilize the chat feature to get answers to questions and they are always quick to respond. Our account rep, Harsh, is super helpful. We've been able to utilize Logikcull more than we expected and have upped our usage a couple of times now. The process has been relatively painless both times. What do you dislike about Logikcull?

No real downsides to using Logikcull but if I have to be picky, we were once charged for overages that didn't occur. Our account rep was on it real quick but it took accounting a little while to get our refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logikcull?

In this instance, I needed to use a feature that I have not used before. Not only was there a very helpful informational video giving step by step instructions, there was also live chat support when I was getting an error message. I like that most of the support representatives are willing to take the time to understand your issue and assist you to solve it. Most of them will review prior notes to get up to speed and will video conference with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logikcull?

LogikCull is a very robust system which helps manage the myriad documents that we upload and save. We can easily set up projects, assign users, de-dup documents, and have great tools to code and review those documents. And, you can't beat the price. LogikCull is very user friendly and it is essentially 'plug and play'. You boot it up and you can start - there is virtually no implemenation pain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have not found anything to dislike about LogikCull. I have seen other systems but I found them to be much 'clunkier' and, even if there is improved functionlity, the productivity savings are not worth the very much larger price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logikcull?

Logikcull's integration with Google Vault has been a valuable tool for document preservation and collection. Its Slack integrations/filtering are sophisticated. And the filtering system is flexible and appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logikcull?

Logikcull lacks necessary features for larger document sets. In particular:

- Cannot produce a random sample without a silly excel workaround.

- Search features are not robust. For example, you cannot search for "Privileged" while skipping common signature lines (e.g., "Privileged and Confidential email").

- Cannot search by ID for more than 1,000 documents at a time. Because of the search issue above, I sent all the extracted text entries to another party to run the search and send me a list of emails that only included the search term in the context of the signature line text. I got 80,000 results -- and had to run EIGHTY searches to mass-code them all. Logikcull cannot accept coding by overlay, and therefore searching for doc IDs 1,000 at a time was the best solution customer support could recommend.

- Predictive coding system lacks the best feature of other PC/CAL systems, which is identifying likely non-responsive documents that may be excluded from review, subject to validation. The identification of likely responsive documents is an opaque process and not trustworthy on a statistical level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logikcull?

The best part of Logikcull is the support and training we get from our rep, Kate Mitchell. The product easily handles multiple file types and allows flexibility when producing documents.
