## Livestorm Reviews
  ### 1. Livestorm made our webinars more structured, but still has a few rough edges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

In my role as CTO, I tend to look at tools from both a technical and operational lens, and Livestorm struck a good balance between the two. We started using it for product demos and occasional partner webinars, and the setup was fairly straightforward. I didn’t need to involve much engineering time, which is always a plus. The registration pages are flexible enough to match our branding, and the built-in email sequences saved us from wiring up a separate workflow in the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

That said, it’s not without friction. Some of the customization options, especially for deeper branding or more complex event flows, feel a bit limited unless you’re willing to work around them. As someone who cares about system flexibility, I did find myself wishing for more control over certain elements.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helped us consolidate that into a single platform. Now we can manage registration, run the event, and track engagement without stitching everything together manually. From a business standpoint, that’s reduced coordination time between marketing and engineering, and from a technical side, it means fewer integrations to maintain. Overall, it’s made our webinar pipeline more predictable and easier to scale, even if there’s still room for improvement in flexibility.

  ### 2. Easy Setup and Clear Video Sessions for Diet Guidance and Online Consultation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

i work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and also do online consultation and small teaching sessions. Livestorm is easy to use in daily work. I did not face much confusion while setting up sessions, things are simple so I can focus more on explaining instead of going into settings.

i use it for sessions where I need to explain diet or routine properly. Video and chat are easy to handle, so communication becomes clear. It has enough features but still does not feel heavy or too complicated.
Sometimes while handling participants and chat, it feels smooth, so it does not create extra tension during session. Everything stays quite manageable.

I use it as per need, not daily, but whenever I have to take a session or explain something, it works fine. Overall it fits in my work and does the job without much problem.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

i noticed is that sometimes joining or starting the session takes a few extra seconds, especially when everything is loading, so I have to wait a bit before starting. Also, when I schedule sessions, managing timings and small details needs a little attention, otherwise it can get slightly confusing. Not a big issue, just something I noticed in regular use.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in my work, one problem is I have to explain same diet plans and routine again and again to different patients, especially in online consultations, which takes time and effort.
Livestorm helps here because I can take one proper session and explain things in one go. Patients can join, listen and ask in chat, so I don’t have to repeat same points again and again.

It also makes things a bit moree organized instead of handling everything on separate calls. overall it saves time and makes my consultation and teaching work little more easy to manage.

  ### 3. Livestorm Makes Scheduling Team Meetings Simple and Convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy S. | Special Processing Unit, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I love Livestorm and how simple and easy it is to schedule and create team meetings! This is by far the most simplified and organized group call applications I have used! My favorite part is that you can access everything straight from a webpage rather than having to use an application it makes for extreme convenience!

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One thing i dislike about livestorm is the price of its service. For what you are getting it is pretty steep. This is something that is very important for marketing teams especially the one I am on and it sucks to have to spend so much just to get proper team meetings.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my marketing team Livestorm has helped us with its immense amount of tools and the best ability to have video conferences where ever! Without livestorm my team would be stuck in the mud!

  ### 4. Browser-Based Webinars That Cut Tech Issues and Drop-Offs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrah B. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

We like the best that the software is fully browser-based. It requires no software installation for anyone involved. By using this software for our webinar needs, we drastically reduced tech issues and drop-offs.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The more we work with the tool, the more we realize that customization or better features, like analytics or segmentation options, require upgrades to an upper tier. Unfortunately, the upper tiers are pricey.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We experienced low engagement as most webinars felt like one-way lectures.
Livestorm provides real-time interaction tools, like built-in polls, chat, Q&A, emoji reactions
As a result, it turns passive viewers into active participants.
Moreover, Livestorm enables on-demand replays and scalable event hosting, which surprisingly does not require any specific technical skills.

  ### 5. Easy-to-Use, All-in-One Browser-Based Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah L. | Safety Rep, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like about livestorm is its ease of use and clean interface. It makes scheduling, joining, and managing webinars or meetings very simple for both hosts and attendees. The browser-based platform is especially convenient since there’s no software to download, and the built-in features like registration pages, analytics, recordings, and audience engagement tools make it an efficient all-in-one solution.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One downside of Livestorm is that some advanced features and attendee limits are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can be expensive for smaller teams. Occasionally, browser performance can vary depending on the user’s device or internet connection, and customization options for branding or layouts can feel somewhat limited compared to other webinar platforms.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm is solving the challenge of hosting webinars, meetings, and virtual events in one easy-to-use platform without requiring attendees to download software. Its browser-based setup makes joining sessions simple, which helps reduce technical issues and improves attendance. It also streamlines registration, reminders, engagement tools, recordings, and analytics in one place. This benefits me by saving time, creating a smoother experience for attendees, and making it easier to run professional virtual events while tracking results afterward.

  ### 6. Livestorm for Smooth, Professional Webinars

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waqas F. | Sales Specialist - Microsoft D365/Business Central , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like best about Livestorm is that it is easy to use and makes hosting webinars smooth and professional without much setup. Although I have a very limited experience but there is a potential in the application

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One thing I don’t like about Livestorm is that it can be a bit expensive, especially for small teams or beginners, there are other systems which are more easy to navigate

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helps our team to run online meetings and webinars easily, which saves time and lets me connect with people without any hassle

  ### 7. All-in-one platform, easy and frictionless: events in the browser instantly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florencia María C. | Senior Operation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

is its ease of use and frictionless experience: everything works directly in the browser, without downloads, making joining events immediate and simple.

Additionally, I really like that it is an all-in-one solution, because it allows managing registration, emails, events, and analysis from one place, saving time and external tools.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

High price, especially for small teams or large events. Little customization (emails, branding, and somewhat rigid layouts). Limited features compared to other platforms (for example, no breakout rooms or advanced analytics).

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm primarily solves typical problems of online events and webinars:

Management complexity: avoid using multiple tools (registration, emails, event, analytics) by integrating everything into a single platform.
Low participation in events: incorporate chat, polls, and Q&A to make webinars more interactive.

  ### 8. Intuitive, Dependable Webinar Hosting with All-in-One Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like most about Livestorm is how intuitive and dependable it is for hosting webinars and virtual events. Because it’s browser-based, it’s very easy for both hosts and attendees to join without running into technical hurdles, which saves time and reduces friction.

I also value the built-in tools such as automated email reminders, registration pages, and detailed analytics. Having everything in one place keeps the process centralized, so we don’t need to rely on multiple tools to run a single event. From a client-facing standpoint, it delivers a polished, professional experience, while still remaining straightforward to manage on the backend.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One drawback of Livestorm is that several advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can start to feel expensive as your event volume increases. I’ve also run into times when customization feels somewhat limited, especially when I’m trying to tailor registration pages or emails to align with specific brand guidelines. The analytics are useful, but I’d like more flexibility when it comes to exporting and segmenting the data. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but there’s still room to improve pricing flexibility and offer deeper customization options.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm addresses the challenge of hosting and managing virtual events without having to juggle multiple tools or run into technical barriers. It combines registration, email automation, live hosting, replays, and analytics in a single platform, which makes the entire webinar workflow much simpler.

For our team, that translates into less time spent coordinating logistics and troubleshooting issues, and more time focused on the content and engaging the audience. Because it’s browser-based, it also reduces friction for attendees, which helps improve show-up rates and overall participation. In the end, it streamlines our event strategy, strengthens lead capture and tracking, and makes it much easier to report on performance.

  ### 9. User-Friendly Platform with Seamless Scheduling and Professional Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

The best I like about this platform is the professional applicability of this platform by providing all much needed features. The platform is indeed user friendly which makes even the first time users very comfortable adapting to this platform. The simplicity of the platform is a plus point to this platform. I admit that there are many other platform with similar features but the simplicity it provides to user is awesome. It makes scheduling of webinar much easy. The ability launch meeting so smoothly is also commendable in this platform.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that there was more features in video conferencing like white board which could be access with a single click. I feel that white boards is a critical feature to efficiently communicate with the team beyond just preparing a PPT.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform allows teams to efficiently communicate and share Ideas, While Webinars are useful to communicate with huge mass of people to create awareness or spread critical information.

  ### 10. Zero-Download Webinars with an Intuitive Interface and Quick Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dusiant S. | Senior QA Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

Zero Download Needed: Attendees can join directly through a web browser, which significantly reduces friction and technical issues compared to installed software. Intuitive Interface: Users often describe the platform as “extremely pleasant” and easy to navigate, both for organizers and for participants. Quick Setup: It supports quick creation of landing pages, registration forms, and automated email reminders, making it easier to get an event up and running without unnecessary hassle.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

If a webinar exceeds its capacity, attendees may be turned away without the host receiving any warning or notification.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm is an end-to-end video engagement platform designed to address the complexity, low engagement, and technical friction that are often associated with webinars and virtual events. It’s built for marketing, sales, and HR teams, providing a browser-based, all-in-one solution that removes the need for user downloads and helps streamline event management from start to finish.

  ### 11. Effortless Webinars with Engaging Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayesha H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I love how Livestorm makes webinars feel effortless—no downloads, just click and join. The built-in polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions keep audiences engaged, and the real-time analytics help tweak sessions on the fly. Plus, it integrates smoothly with HubSpot and Salesforce, so leads flow straight into my CRM without extra work. Polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions turn webinars into two-way conversations, allowing me to gauge interest instantly and adjust content on the fly. The integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce automatically push attendee data and engagement scores into my CRM, saving hours of manual entry and allowing for personalized, data-driven outreach. Livestorm just makes everything easier.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Honestly, Livestorm’s pricing feels steep for small teams, and the branding options are pretty limited unless you upgrade. Sometimes it lags on weaker connections, and I wish the analytics went deeper. Still, it’s solid overall. More flexible pricing for small teams or startups — right now it’s pricey. Deeper customization for branding (like custom layouts, colors, and email templates) without needing a top-tier plan. Stronger performance on low bandwidth— smoother video and less lag would help. Advanced analytics with more detailed engagement metrics and export options. Breakout rooms for smaller group discussions during webinars. Better integrations with more CRM and marketing tools out of the box.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm solves download hassles and low engagement issues by being browser-based with easy joining. It boosts engagement with polls, Q&A, and reactions, and integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce, saving manual data entry time. Real-time analytics and smooth CRM integration enhance lead quality and conversion.

  ### 12. A great webinar platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

- Easy to use
- Connects with SFDC so we get real time analytics (very helpful!)
- Easy to pull reports to look at the data in advance of and post event
- Quick to setup once you've built templates
- Good autoresponders once you've setup templates
- Block feature is good too - so to stop any unwanted guests joining the webinar once they've registered!
- All presenters can progress slides - not just the host (previously not possible with zoom)
- Customer Success team are very responsive and provide regular comms/tips/documentation!

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

- Moderator has to 'be on stage' and have the camera on in order to interact with the audience. Although this is a more human approach, there are times, we'd want the moderator to just be there as the voice rather than have the camera on the screen too.
- Would prefer to be able to load powerpoint to the portal rather than PDF for slide presentation

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time!! With our previous webinar platform (zoom), there wasn't an integration with our CRM so in order for us to reflect webinar registrations, attendees, no shows, this was a manual process for the marketing manager. This was HUGELY time consuming going back and forth between the two systems. Plus the fact, our internal GTM teams wanted real-time visibility of who was signed up, so to make sure they didn't send an invitation again. So it meant the marketing manager running the campaign would have to update the system once a day.
Having the integration with Salesforce and Livestorm is a huge benefit for us as an organisation and was key criteria for us moving away from zoom webinar.

  ### 13. Effortless Event Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I really value Livestorm's all-in-one event lifecycle management. It consolidates every step of planning, hosting, and following up on virtual events into one intuitive dashboard, eliminating the need for multiple separate tools like registration forms, video hosting, CRM sync, analytics, and recording storage. From creating a branded event landing page and registration form to hosting the live event with interactive features, to auto-generating on-demand recordings and syncing lead/attendee data to our CRM, it all happens within Livestorm without needing to switch tabs or manually enter data. This feature alone significantly reduces the effort required for hosting webinars and makes the entire process more efficient and streamlined. I also found the initial setup of Livestorm surprisingly fast and intuitive for our team.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

I find the restrictive layout controls in Livestorm frustrating, as there's no drag-and-drop freedom for rearranging elements, and layouts are locked into pre-set templates with minimal tweaking options. The basic design branding is also limiting, with a lack of custom CSS/HTML options and insufficient font choices, forcing me to settle for generic fonts that don't match our brand. Additionally, the simplistic form logic lacks conditional form fields and custom validation rules, which are important for capturing lead data effectively. Specific visual alignment issues like font lock-in and image formatting chaos disrupt our brand consistency, creating a disconnect between our event pages and other marketing materials.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm consolidates our event process into one platform, eliminating tool sprawl and manual data entry, saving us 70% of the time. It manages scalable events, syncing seamlessly with our CRM, and reduces team effort from 10+ hours to 3 per webinar.

  ### 14. Intuitive and Engaging Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalez D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I use Livestorm for our team’s regular online meetings, and the screen sharing and automatic recording are totally hassle-free. It solves the problem of low audience engagement in online sessions with polls, Q&A, and chat features, making people more involved instead of just passively watching. The intuitive interactive features stand out for me during sessions. I can quickly collect audience feedback mid-webinar, and the Q&A section auto-organizes messages, so I don’t have to dig through messy chat to find questions—super efficient. Livestorm’s attendee registration and participation data syncs straight to HubSpot, so I don’t have to manually input info, which saves a ton of time on follow-ups. Its user-friendly interface and seamless replay features make it a total no-brainer to switch from what we used before. The initial setup was totally straightforward for a newbie like me. I didn’t even have to read the tutorial; the interface walks you through every step, so I got everything up and running in no time. It has always been a reliable tool for all our online activities.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The branding customization options are pretty limited. I can’t tweak the event page or email templates to fully match my company’s brand colors and design style, which makes the whole setup look less cohesive.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Livestorm for seamless online meetings, solving low audience engagement with interactive features like polls, Q&A, and chat, making sessions more engaging.

  ### 15. Streamlined Webinar Hosting, Professional and Engage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I like how easy and professional Livestorm makes online meetings and webinars. I love that participants can join without downloading complicated software, and that I can share my screen, slides, and even run polls or Q&A seamlessly. It makes virtual events interactive and keeps everyone engaged. The platform is smooth, reliable, and saves a lot of time compared to juggling multiple tools for video, chat, and audience interaction.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Sometimes, the platform can feel a bit heavy on internet usage, which may affect video quality if the connection isn’t strong. I also wish there were more advanced customization options for branding webinars and automating follow-ups. Finally, managing very large audiences can be slightly tricky compared to some other webinar tools. These aren’t dealbreakers, but improving them would make the experience even smoother and more flexible.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm makes online meetings professional and interactive. It solves the problem of running smooth webinars by combining video, screen sharing, and interactive tools, saving time and reducing technical issues. It enhances engagement with features like chat, polls, and Q&A on one platform.

  ### 16. Effortless Virtual Events, Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konik R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I like that Livestorm focuses on simplicity and scalability for global B2B virtual events. Its one-click content repurposing feature is a game changer, as it automates the entire process of turning live sessions into on-demand assets without any manual post-event work. The live webinars, demos, or trainings are automatically recorded, encoded, and optimized for both web and mobile viewing. I love that these recordings are instantly saved to the Livestorm library with all the event context included, such as chat logs, poll results, Q&A threads, and slide decks, allowing attendees of the on-demand version to engage just like they were there live.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Form logic is basic: no advanced conditional fields (e.g., “if attendee selects ‘Enterprise’ as company size, show a field for ‘IT contact name/email’; if ‘SMB’, skip it”)—a critical B2B need for capturing tailored lead data for sales follow-up.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm unifies event workflows, eliminating hours of manual work. It automatically connects registration, streaming, and analytics, saving us 10+ hours/week. The one-click repurposing boosts engagement without extra effort.

  ### 17. Intuitive Platform That Makes Webinar Campaigns Easy from Day One

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille A. | Head of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I liked most is how easy it is to get started. I used the platform for the first time quite recently and didn’t need any guidance or support to navigate it. The interface is very intuitive, which makes creating and managing webinar campaigns smooth and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Nothing in particular to highlight at this stage. My experience has been very positive so far, and everything has gone smoothly.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helps us create and launch webinars with a high level of agility, which is key for our marketing strategy. It enables us to generate new leads by co-hosting webinars with partners, while also delivering high-quality content to our existing audience to keep them engaged. The platform makes it easy to move quickly from idea to execution, helping us drive both acquisition and engagement efficiently.

  ### 18. Webinars Made Easy with Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy P. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I use Livestorm for webinars and appreciate that the invites and follow-ups never go to spam. I like the lot of customization options and the preparation room. The preparation room lets the speaker and tech team huddle before going live, which I find very valuable. I also find the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

There were a few people who can't join the last time we used it. I am really not sure, I think some of their custom links expire early.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helps me send invites and follow-ups that never go to spam.

  ### 19. Livestorm: Intuitive but with Participant Limits

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raffaele N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I like Livestorm because it allows me to conduct webinars with an intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. I appreciate the dashboard and the design of the window where the webinar takes place, which allow for ease of use for the team and improve engagement for participants. Additionally, I find that Livestorm is very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

I don't like the few available automations, the fact that there is a limit on participants that cannot be removed.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm allows me to conduct webinars with an intuitive and fast interface. It facilitates usage for the team and improves participant engagement in the webinars.

  ### 20. User-Friendly Platform with Great Team Event Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina M. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

It’s very user friendly, I like the data analytics when viewing upcoming or past events from my whole team, and I like how easy it is to “navigate” the room when live during an event.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

No ability to just sign up as a viewer/attendee when I’m logged into my account as a team member.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless live webinar sign up and delivery for communicating not just with my specific customers, but with a broader audience. Great data analytics that make it easy to follow up with attendees and find leads.

  ### 21. All-in-One Video Engagement Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

An all-in-one tool that makes video engagement seamless across touchpoints. Whether I want to organize, invite, engage, or look through analytics—it is all done in an incredibly smartly designed UI platform. Exporting data from webinars and video events is easy and intuitive, and the add-ons make customization cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The only downside of Livestorm I can think of is the learning curve when starting off with the platform, which can take some time to get used to given the number of integrations.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm is making video events easy, engaging, and experiential. It adapts to business needs and delivers excellent output, whether it is product demos that we need to personalize, create value-driven customer training, host and coordinate online video conferences and webinars, or in general improve the communication internally within the company. Livestorm has high-converting landing pages, high privacy and security when it comes to protecting data during installations and integrations, and a high degree of automation for customer trainings. Moreover, the ability to go through recordings of content accelerates the value being provided at scale.

  ### 22. A smooth and reliable platform for webinars and virtual events

**Reviewed by:** Sidath P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

The browser-based setup is the biggest advantage – attendees don’t struggle with plugins or installations. The interface is intuitive, with clear navigation for Q&A, polls, chat, and screen sharing. I also appreciate the automated email reminders and integrations with tools like HubSpot and Zapier, which make event management seamless.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Pricing can be on the higher side for smaller organizations, especially if you need advanced features or higher attendee limits. The customization of event registration pages could also be more flexible, as branding options feel somewhat limited compared to competitors.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm has helped streamline how we host online events, client meetings, and training sessions. Before, we often struggled with installation issues, poor attendance due to technical barriers, and limited audience engagement. Livestorm’s browser-based approach removes those friction points, making it easier for participants to join. The engagement tools (polls, Q&A, chat) make sessions far more interactive, and the integrations with CRM and marketing platforms allow us to capture leads and follow up effectively. This improves both internal collaboration and external client communication.

I really liked how simple Livestorm was to use. I joined straight from my browser without having to install anything, and everything worked smoothly. The interface felt clean and easy to navigate, and I appreciated how interactive it was with chat, polls, and Q&A. It made the session feel more engaging. ### 28. You feel at ease knowing that everything is under control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik P. | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I got my first event organized in less than 15 minutes, complete with a registration page list, automatic reminder emails, and even my company logo. I was glad that I didn't have to install anything. Everything worked smoothly from the browser and didn't ask me to download anything strange. I liked how the tool made me feel like I was truly talking to the audience during the show. The live chat, polls, and questions section were so well put together that I felt like I was leading a conversation instead of just giving a speech. I once observed in real time how people answered a survey, and it affected what I was talking about. That dynamic was worth its weight in gold. I never worried that someone who wasn't invited would break into my account or steal my data. The accesses were apparent, and the system made me feel safe that everything was under control.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The price could be a problem because even if it works great, the bill feels heavy when you start to handle a lot of guests.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We learned how valuable Livestorm was in a certain situation at the organization. We had to tell clients in several nations about a big update to a product with little notice. For the most part, that meant endless calls, emails that no one answered, or recordings that almost no one watched. We chose to do it for Livestorm this time.
It was almost like magic: we got the session scheduled, the invitation sent, and the panel ready all in one morning. A customer from Brazil asked a very important question concerning price during the webinar. I shared my screen with a click and exhibited the updated model while the support crew answered other inquiries in the chat at the same time. After we were done, we downloaded the report and noticed that more than 80% of the people who came stayed until the end. The satisfaction survey also gave us a far higher score than any other presentation we had given.

  ### 29. A fantastic, intuitive platform for webinars and events.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helps solve the complexities and inefficiencies of managing and executing online events by bundling all necessary tools into a single, intuitive, browser-based platform. For marketing teams, this eliminates the need to juggle multiple software applications for things like landing page creation, email campaigns, live hosting, and post-event analytics, thereby streamlining the entire workflow.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

  ### 33. Webinars that feel professional from the first minute!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan T. | Fullstack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

Livestorm makes it easy for me to create seamless live events: registration page, email alerts, chat/Q&A, polls, and real-time streaming, all in the browser.
Setup is streamlined, the analytics dashboard reflects attendance, retention, and engagement by session, while CRM/marketing integrations allow leads to be transferred to the team without the need for intermediary CSVs. It's clearly designed to work and measure, not just broadcast.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The visual adjustment of pages can be limited if you're looking for a precise brand.
During very high traffic peaks, the delay can fluctuate. And some comparative reports between events need to be exported for detailed analysis.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we designed webinars with three tools (video, landing page, and email) and wasted time pasting information. With Livestorm, we managed the central flow and launched a monthly series: the show rate increased thanks to automatic reminders, and the count captured prospects who didn't attend live.
The team categorized contacts by interaction (advised, questioned, answered surveys), and we were able to prioritize follow-up without anticipating it.

  ### 46. the completely browser-based experience makes joining hassle-free

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

The single best feature is that Livestorm is 100% browser-based, meaning neither the host nor the attendees need to download or install any software, plugins, or applications. This is a massive relief because it eliminates the most common technical headache in hosting webinars: "I can't get the application to install." Attendees simply click the link and they are in, instantly. This simplicity translates directly into higher attendance rates for our marketing webinars and a much better first impression of our brand, as the user experience is smooth, fast, and entirely friction-free across all major operating systems and devices.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

While generally stable, Livestorm sometimes exhibits noticeable latency or video quality degradation when hosting large-scale webinars exceeding 500 or more simultaneous attendees. This inconsistency in streaming performance under peak load can negatively impact the attendee experience, leading to technical complaints and frustration.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, a significant percentage of our registered leads failed to join the webinar because they couldn't download software, had firewall issues, or struggled with plugins.Livestorm's 100% browser-based access has eliminated these technical barriers. Attendees click a link and are instantly in the room. This has resulted in a 15% increase in our average show-up rate, directly leading to more qualified lead engagement and faster pipeline growth.

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I like that it's in the browser so no one has to download new software.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

I have never heard of any sort of content system, whether for writing or for webinars, not having any kind of fail safe if someone accidentally deletes a page. No archive section or deleted folder where you can restore something that was accidentally removed at all. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was an AI chatbot saying "Sorry, but if you downloaded the registrants, then you can manually add them." This is the most frustrated I've ever been with a product.

We needed a webinar platform
