"Effortless, Professional Webinars with Livestorm"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

What I like best about Livestorm is its ease of use and clean, browser-based experience. It allows hosting webinars and meetings without requiring downloads, which makes it convenient for both hosts and participants. The platform offers strong engagement features like live chat, polls, and Q&A, along with detailed analytics and integrations. Overall, it’s a reliable tool for running professional online events and meetings smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

While Livestorm is easy to use, some advanced customization and branding options are limited unless you are on higher-tier plans. Performance can occasionally depend on browser and internet stability, which may affect larger sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Seamless Scheduling and Professional Features"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

The best I like about this platform is the professional applicability of this platform by providing all much needed features. The platform is indeed user friendly which makes even the first time users very comfortable adapting to this platform. The simplicity of the platform is a plus point to this platform. I admit that there are many other platform with similar features but the simplicity it provides to user is awesome. It makes scheduling of webinar much easy. The ability launch meeting so smoothly is also commendable in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that there was more features in video conferencing like white board which could be access with a single click. I feel that white boards is a critical feature to efficiently communicate with the team beyond just preparing a PPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Webinars with Engaging Features"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I love how Livestorm makes webinars feel effortless—no downloads, just click and join. The built-in polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions keep audiences engaged, and the real-time analytics help tweak sessions on the fly. Plus, it integrates smoothly with HubSpot and Salesforce, so leads flow straight into my CRM without extra work. Polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions turn webinars into two-way conversations, allowing me to gauge interest instantly and adjust content on the fly. The integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce automatically push attendee data and engagement scores into my CRM, saving hours of manual entry and allowing for personalized, data-driven outreach. Livestorm just makes everything easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Honestly, Livestorm’s pricing feels steep for small teams, and the branding options are pretty limited unless you upgrade. Sometimes it lags on weaker connections, and I wish the analytics went deeper. Still, it’s solid overall. More flexible pricing for small teams or startups — right now it’s pricey. Deeper customization for branding (like custom layouts, colors, and email templates) without needing a top-tier plan. Stronger performance on low bandwidth— smoother video and less lag would help. Advanced analytics with more detailed engagement metrics and export options. Breakout rooms for smaller group discussions during webinars. Better integrations with more CRM and marketing tools out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great webinar platform!"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

- Easy to use

- Connects with SFDC so we get real time analytics (very helpful!)

- Easy to pull reports to look at the data in advance of and post event

- Quick to setup once you've built templates

- Good autoresponders once you've setup templates

- Block feature is good too - so to stop any unwanted guests joining the webinar once they've registered!

- All presenters can progress slides - not just the host (previously not possible with zoom)

- Customer Success team are very responsive and provide regular comms/tips/documentation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

- Moderator has to 'be on stage' and have the camera on in order to interact with the audience. Although this is a more human approach, there are times, we'd want the moderator to just be there as the voice rather than have the camera on the screen too.

- Would prefer to be able to load powerpoint to the portal rather than PDF for slide presentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Event Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I really value Livestorm's all-in-one event lifecycle management. It consolidates every step of planning, hosting, and following up on virtual events into one intuitive dashboard, eliminating the need for multiple separate tools like registration forms, video hosting, CRM sync, analytics, and recording storage. From creating a branded event landing page and registration form to hosting the live event with interactive features, to auto-generating on-demand recordings and syncing lead/attendee data to our CRM, it all happens within Livestorm without needing to switch tabs or manually enter data. This feature alone significantly reduces the effort required for hosting webinars and makes the entire process more efficient and streamlined. I also found the initial setup of Livestorm surprisingly fast and intuitive for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

I find the restrictive layout controls in Livestorm frustrating, as there's no drag-and-drop freedom for rearranging elements, and layouts are locked into pre-set templates with minimal tweaking options. The basic design branding is also limiting, with a lack of custom CSS/HTML options and insufficient font choices, forcing me to settle for generic fonts that don't match our brand. Additionally, the simplistic form logic lacks conditional form fields and custom validation rules, which are important for capturing lead data effectively. Specific visual alignment issues like font lock-in and image formatting chaos disrupt our brand consistency, creating a disconnect between our event pages and other marketing materials. "Effortless Webinar Hosting with Livestorm"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I use Livestorm to host webinars and online meetings, and it helps me connect with my audience and run live sessions smoothly. I really like how user-friendly it is; hosting webinars feels effortless. It's also great that organizing webinars is much easier since it handles registrations and live sessions all in one place. The interaction features make sessions more engaging, allowing me to talk with participants in real time, which makes sessions feel more natural and engaging. The initial setup was smooth and didn’t take long, everything was easy to understand, and I was able to start hosting webinars quickly. We switched to Livestorm from Zoom and Google Meet because it’s better suited for webinars and makes managing registrations and audience interaction much easier. It’s reliable and easy to manage, making hosting webinars a smooth experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Occasionally I notice slight lag when many people join at the same time. Better stability during busy sessions would make it work even more smoothly. It would help if the platform was better optimized for larger audiences so performance stays consistent. Faster loading and smoother handling of high traffic would make big sessions feel more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Engaging Webinar Platform"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I use Livestorm for our team’s regular online meetings, and the screen sharing and automatic recording are totally hassle-free. It solves the problem of low audience engagement in online sessions with polls, Q&A, and chat features, making people more involved instead of just passively watching. The intuitive interactive features stand out for me during sessions. I can quickly collect audience feedback mid-webinar, and the Q&A section auto-organizes messages, so I don’t have to dig through messy chat to find questions—super efficient. Livestorm’s attendee registration and participation data syncs straight to HubSpot, so I don’t have to manually input info, which saves a ton of time on follow-ups. Its user-friendly interface and seamless replay features make it a total no-brainer to switch from what we used before. The initial setup was totally straightforward for a newbie like me. I didn’t even have to read the tutorial; the interface walks you through every step, so I got everything up and running in no time. It has always been a reliable tool for all our online activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The branding customization options are pretty limited. I can’t tweak the event page or email templates to fully match my company’s brand colors and design style, which makes the whole setup look less cohesive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Webinar Hosting, Professional and Engage"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I like how easy and professional Livestorm makes online meetings and webinars. I love that participants can join without downloading complicated software, and that I can share my screen, slides, and even run polls or Q&A seamlessly. It makes virtual events interactive and keeps everyone engaged. The platform is smooth, reliable, and saves a lot of time compared to juggling multiple tools for video, chat, and audience interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Sometimes, the platform can feel a bit heavy on internet usage, which may affect video quality if the connection isn’t strong. I also wish there were more advanced customization options for branding webinars and automating follow-ups. Finally, managing very large audiences can be slightly tricky compared to some other webinar tools. These aren’t dealbreakers, but improving them would make the experience even smoother and more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Virtual Events, Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I like that Livestorm focuses on simplicity and scalability for global B2B virtual events. Its one-click content repurposing feature is a game changer, as it automates the entire process of turning live sessions into on-demand assets without any manual post-event work. The live webinars, demos, or trainings are automatically recorded, encoded, and optimized for both web and mobile viewing. I love that these recordings are instantly saved to the Livestorm library with all the event context included, such as chat logs, poll results, Q&A threads, and slide decks, allowing attendees of the on-demand version to engage just like they were there live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Form logic is basic: no advanced conditional fields (e.g., “if attendee selects ‘Enterprise’ as company size, show a field for ‘IT contact name/email’; if ‘SMB’, skip it”)—a critical B2B need for capturing tailored lead data for sales follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Webinars with Robust Engagement"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I really like Livestorm's user-friendly and all-in-one platform. It makes hosting webinars and virtual events simple, from registration to live sessions and post-event analytics. I appreciate the interactive features like Q&A, polls, and chat, which keep participants engaged and make events more professional and productive. The ability to gather instant feedback and answer questions on the spot is valuable for improving understanding and participation. The initial setup was straightforward and user-friendly, allowing my team to begin hosting events quickly without technical difficulties. Livestorm's integration with tools like email marketing platforms, CRM systems, calendar and scheduling apps, and collaboration software is handy for streamlining event invitations, participant management, follow-ups, and overall workflow for webinars and virtual meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

While Livestorm works very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can become a bit expensive for larger events with many participants. Additionally, some advanced customization options for registration pages and branding could be expanded and improving load times for large webinars and adding detailed analytics or reporting features would also enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
