Polls are particularly effective (there is an option to display the poll in the middle of the screen with a requirement to dismiss the poll, and it is not possible for the attendees to see the poll results if they have not voted) - these features increase participation in the polls. I also love the "CTA" feature, which, just like polls, places the information in the middle of the screen and requires the attendee to dismiss it. This funtionality increased number of attendees registering for the next event. The analytical side of things is also very useful and allows to see which sources/mediums are driving registrations. We also find the on-demand functionality very beneficial and a good source of lead generation. **What do you dislike about Livestorm?** Recently the support via live chat has been removed or made much less evident to find. We also a consistent issue with integrated our analytics and events with Google Analytics 4 which no has been able to assist us with, despite us raising the issue over 6 months ago, despite all the positives on the operational side this has been very frustrating and does mean we will reconsider when our subscription comes to an end. **What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes running webinar very smooth and provides a great experience to users and hosts alike. We can easily setup our webinars, create series, collect questions from our attendees and the recordings are sent our to the ones who didn't attend automatically. For us this is a good tool to reach our current and potential customers to let them know about new features etc. **What do you dislike about Livestorm?** This might be a user error, but I would like it to be easier to share a screen among several speakers in the webinar and change slides. I would also like the questions from attendees to be compiled, along with their email addresses, so we can really easily get back to them after the event. **What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to reach many of our current and potential customers, so leads and prospects too, to inspire them with new functionality and other services we are offering. If we talk about the quality of videos, audios, screen sharing, recording, chatting, adding notes, and more then, this software rocks in such concerns. This software enables the users to create polls, questionnaires, and further engaging posts. Also, you will enjoy the atomization options and the custom design makes it more demanding. **What do you dislike about Livestorm?** There comes a few issues while setting up the team membership log. So, it is difficult to add some members to the account and this software doesn't give them registration access. Additionally, it doesn't integrate well with the databases. You will find very slow supporting services and the customization is negligible here. **What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a pretty cool platform with a bundle of benefits and thus, making the best virtual working place possible for you. The most amazing thing about this software that I appreciate the most is that it allows the users to manage the analytics for participants. Thus, you can access certain scheduling data and the number of the audience along with their participation curve.
