"A smooth and reliable platform for webinars and virtual events"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

The browser-based setup is the biggest advantage – attendees don’t struggle with plugins or installations. The interface is intuitive, with clear navigation for Q&A, polls, chat, and screen sharing. I also appreciate the automated email reminders and integrations with tools like HubSpot and Zapier, which make event management seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Pricing can be on the higher side for smaller organizations, especially if you need advanced features or higher attendee limits. The customization of event registration pages could also be more flexible, as branding options feel somewhat limited compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Webinars with Intuitive Interface and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

What I like best about Livestorm is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which makes hosting webinars and virtual events simple. The platform offers seamless integration with popular tools like CRM and marketing software, helping streamline workflows. I appreciate its interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and chat, which keep audiences engaged. Livestorm also provides detailed analytics and reporting, enabling better insights into attendee behavior. Additionally, its browser-based access eliminates the need for downloads, making it convenient for participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

What I dislike about Livestorm is that its pricing can feel a bit high compared to some competitors, especially for smaller teams. The customization options for branding are somewhat limited, which can make it hard to fully align with company identity. Sometimes, there are minor delays in video quality or streaming stability during large events. Additionally, the analytics dashboard could be more detailed, offering deeper insights into engagement. Lastly, the integration setup for certain tools can take extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Webinars with Seamless Browser Access"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I really liked how simple Livestorm was to use. I joined straight from my browser without having to install anything, and everything worked smoothly. The interface felt clean and easy to navigate, and I appreciated how interactive it was with chat, polls, and Q&A. It made the session feel more engaging. I also liked that it connected well with other tools and sent clear reminders before the event. Overall, it felt reliable and well designed for someone joining as a guest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

There was a small delay when the host switched screens or presenters, and the mobile version could be improved. Other than that, my overall experience was really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You feel at ease knowing that everything is under control"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I got my first event organized in less than 15 minutes, complete with a registration page list, automatic reminder emails, and even my company logo. I was glad that I didn't have to install anything. Everything worked smoothly from the browser and didn't ask me to download anything strange. I liked how the tool made me feel like I was truly talking to the audience during the show. The live chat, polls, and questions section were so well put together that I felt like I was leading a conversation instead of just giving a speech. I once observed in real time how people answered a survey, and it affected what I was talking about. That dynamic was worth its weight in gold. I never worried that someone who wasn't invited would break into my account or steal my data. The accesses were apparent, and the system made me feel safe that everything was under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The price could be a problem because even if it works great, the bill feels heavy when you start to handle a lot of guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fantastic, intuitive platform for webinars and events."
What do you like best about Livestorm?

Livestorm's best feature is its powerful combination of exceptional ease of use, robust interactive tools for audience engagement, and solid automation for event management. For attendees, the browser-based access is a major upside as no downloads are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Key complaints about Livestorm revolve around its comparatively high pricing, especially for growing businesses, and intermittent technical and integration issues that can impact live event reliability. Customization options for branding are also considered limited by some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webinars that feel professional from the first minute!!"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

Livestorm makes it easy for me to create seamless live events: registration page, email alerts, chat/Q&A, polls, and real-time streaming, all in the browser.

Setup is streamlined, the analytics dashboard reflects attendance, retention, and engagement by session, while CRM/marketing integrations allow leads to be transferred to the team without the need for intermediary CSVs. It's clearly designed to work and measure, not just broadcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The visual adjustment of pages can be limited if you're looking for a precise brand.

During very high traffic peaks, the delay can fluctuate. And some comparative reports between events need to be exported for detailed analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"the completely browser-based experience makes joining hassle-free"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

The single best feature is that Livestorm is 100% browser-based, meaning neither the host nor the attendees need to download or install any software, plugins, or applications. This is a massive relief because it eliminates the most common technical headache in hosting webinars: "I can't get the application to install." Attendees simply click the link and they are in, instantly. This simplicity translates directly into higher attendance rates for our marketing webinars and a much better first impression of our brand, as the user experience is smooth, fast, and entirely friction-free across all major operating systems and devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

While generally stable, Livestorm sometimes exhibits noticeable latency or video quality degradation when hosting large-scale webinars exceeding 500 or more simultaneous attendees. This inconsistency in streaming performance under peak load can negatively impact the attendee experience, leading to technical complaints and frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No fail safe for deletions"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

I like that it's in the browser so no one has to download new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

I have never heard of any sort of content system, whether for writing or for webinars, not having any kind of fail safe if someone accidentally deletes a page. No archive section or deleted folder where you can restore something that was accidentally removed at all. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was an AI chatbot saying "Sorry, but if you downloaded the registrants, then you can manually add them." This is the most frustrated I've ever been with a product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for webinars"
What do you like best about Livestorm?

Livestorm made organizing our live training and webinar incredibly smooth! The platform is intuitive, reliable, and handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to focus on delivering great content. Highly recommend for professional online events!

The system was easy to use for both presentors and viewers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

While the core functionality was excellent, I occasionally found the analytics dashboard a bit less intuitive than I'd hoped, requiring a bit of digging to find specific engagement metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
