What do you like best about Litera CE Manager?

CE Manager is a incredibly user friendly. I used it for tracking NY and NJ CLE compliance, and the features it had were unmatched in other services we'd tried out. Since we were also an accredited provider, there were options to pull multiple reports for renewing our accreditation, which made it incredibly easily when we were due to renew. What do you dislike about Litera CE Manager?

The only thing I didn't like was when we needed to merge our titles for CLE courses when adding a new license, there was a lot of back end cleanup we had to do. It seemed a little glitchy in this area, but it was minor compared to the rest of the program's functions and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
