**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

I appreciate that we've been able to score and enrich leads efficiently, match accounts and expanding its use to find new contacts within our target companies. My favorite function is client scoring - I've working closely with Leadspace reps to fine-tune our understanding of target persons by analyzing job descriptions and the tools these potential clients use. The integration with Marketo via webhook is incredibly smooth, and the lead enrichment happens almost in real-time. Also, their customer success team is always willing to collaborate, and suggest improvements in our setup.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The lead-to-account matching isn’t perfect. I’ve noticed delays - sometimes up to a week - when changes need to be made offline, particularly when updating lead evaluations. We’ve learned to work around this by scheduling monthly submissions for offline mapping, but a more unified system would save us considerable time.

Leadspace has changed how we handle lead flow and scoring for better. From enriching lead data to improving target accuracy, it has had a tangible impact on our sales performance.

Leadspace is a great customer data platform to enrich your data in MAP  and CRM. Leadspace also helpful for L2A matching process and optimizing L2A matching for lead routing. Leadspace is easy to integrate and implement with MAP such as Marketo and CRM such as Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

I couldn't think anything at the moment.

Data enrichement to help qualify lead much faster and L2A matching for lead routing.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

The LinkedIn Person URL, Industry to Sub-Industry hierarchy, and general integrity of the Leadspace dataset and tools is very high.  My favorite part is Leadpsace On Demand as it very user-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The least helpful aspect of Leadspace is that we cannot always take action on the alternate email addresses and/or phone numbers that come back with our matches from Leadspace.  It's more of an internal policy obstacle, but still a disappointment.

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadspace is helping us complete Buyer Profile details in addition to building Customer Data models that work to find existing and acquire new Leads for Marketing to Qualify and deliver high quality opportunities to Sales.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

The seamless integration with our existing CRM system has made accessing and updating relevant account information easy, streamlining the entire sales process. I like the predictive analytics feature, as it's been beneficial in identifying high-potential prospects, allowing me to prioritize and allocate resources accordingly. The data enrichment functionality offers a comprehensive view of each account, providing insights crucial in crafting personalized sales pitches. I am also impressed with the real-time data updates, which have ensured that my team and I always have the most accurate information. Also, the platform's robust reporting capabilities have enabled us to track our sales performance.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The platform would benefit from more advanced customization options for individual user preferences. Also, while customer support has been generally helpful, faster response times would be appreciated.

We use Leadspace extensively to optimize our sales and customer relationship management efforts. Leadspace is great when you can't find any contacts or target companies in other databases, especially in niche categories. The quality is great and I've already used it for gathering lots of information that I needed for sales cycles.

It would be helpful to have a more flexible and customizable way to export data as well as search in bulk when needed.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

The intuitive and user-friendly interface of Leadspace's Salesforce integration makes training new users a breeze. The contact details are the most up to date and accurate of any app I've used. The ability to customize profiles to provide only the personas you're looking for is an added bonus. Modifying these identities is also simple, thanks to the fantastic customer service team.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The only problem is if you'd like to locate an individual person rather than a list of employees at a specific company. This isn't a big deal because there are workarounds.

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Business Development team is attempting to increase its outreach volume and performance. In a shorter amount of time, we were able to generate more qualified leads. This enables us to do a lot better cover topics like pre-conference outreach, which previously suffered due to the time required to manually locate and generate leads. We can also improve our scoring, scoping, and whitespacing with Leadspace. We hope to implement ICP's additional layer of scoring and the ease with which we can transition to ABM very soon because the enrichment is so much better than what we get from our other vendors.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

Leadspace is currently one of our most valuable resources. We use it to score leads, match accounts, and enrich leads. We are also considering expanding our services to include identifying new contacts at our target companies. My favorite element of Leadspace is persona scoring. We collaborated with the dedicated Leadspace representatives to determine our target consumers by studying job descriptions, education levels, and technology used. Our lead scoring algorithm and campaign segmentation rely on the scores assigned by these personas to new leads. I like how simple it is to connect to Marketo via webhook and how soon leads are enriched. In addition, we have a fantastic customer success team with whom we may collaborate.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Therefore, lead-to-account matching is not completely reliable. It may take up to a week if offline changes to the added persona evaluation are required. When we add new accounts to the system, we now know to send them off for offline mapping once a month. It would be amazing if this were a united strategy.

Leadspace has improved both our lead flow and scoring. Lead enrichment, data completion, persona scoring, and lead-to-account matching have all substantially assisted our team.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

I absolutely love Leadspace and their Customer Success team. The data they provide is of the highest quality and allows us to create projects that are specifically tailored to our needs. We can trust every piece of information we receive from them, which has led to informed decisions being made by all of my operational staff. Their customer service exceeds expectations - Heather and Steve lead a wonderful group who have always gone above and beyond what I've asked for! Last but not least, reliability; we never doubt that something will be delivered or completed as promised with Leadspace at the helm.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

I am not a fan of Leadspace's capture process. Its limitations, such as only capturing contacts with an email address and not knowing how often the database is updated, mean that we are unlikely to get quality leads. These issues are compounded by the fact that Salesforce's sourcing mechanism remains our most viable option unless we manually build lists with the help of external staff.

With Leadspace, I was able to quickly and easily prioritise leads based on their likelihood of becoming customers.

Its hard to match the data points provided by Leadspace with the specific needs of my company.

Deep levels of customer and account data to decorate and improve the way we think about customer data, prospect data, and white-spaced data. We also leverage a custom ICP, which has been a game changer for GTM.

Price, but you do get what you pay for. TAM and ICP needs to be redone regularly.

Their data appears to be the most accurate based on our own research. They aggregate data from LinkedIn, D&B, and a few other sources to give a pretty complete data profile for us to use for marketing and segmentation.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Limited services available for Asian countries like Japan, S. Korea, etc. We've had some issues with lead-to-account matching properly. Also, our CSM hasn't always been on top of our projects.

We have been able to validate, enrich, segment, and accurately present our data sets at the account and contact level. Our relationship started with simple data needs and turned into a true vision for our customer and prospect base.

We would love to see some more industry specific data sets available for use for our different divisions - however, we are working with Leadspace to combine and unify some other industry data sets to ingest into our standard Leadspace enrichment values.

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Leadspace is a true data partner. I would recommend Leadspace for B2B businesses that are ready to take their data to the real next level. There are simpler solutions for simple validation or enrichment, which doesn't mean that a company couldn't get a lot from Leadspace in that area - but I would recommend a potent data partner like Leadspace when there is available time and resources to really focus on data holistically.

Our most impactful solutions (of the many varied problems solved) include account prioritization and hierarchies; ICP and TAM analyses; custom persona creation and implementation; seamless integration of existing and new data values into our CRM/MAP and other systems; and data unification for multiple divisions while solving problems of duplication and normalization.

The team at LeadSpace is extremely helpful in figuring out our needs and fixing any coding or backend sources to give us the information we were looking for. This tool and database trumped others because of the flexible way in which they reported the data for a SaaS company standpoint.

Countries outside of North America and Canada are not as fully fleshed out and accurate, so we need to depend on alternate sources to make sure we get the best data out there.

Before you choose a database as your source of truth, first take a look at what your target audience is and the locations.

We are using LeadSpace to enrich all incoming data and to place records in a hierarchy. Because this tool is the source of truth, the records are able to connect in a seamless way.

Their platform doesn't have all of the bells & whistles that other platforms have, but has some good features.  Hard to get specific job titles without wasting credits.

Leadspace incorporates data from companies you would consider their competitors, their own data, and analyzes them.  This provides not only a better match rate than many options we researched, but also additional actionable information. 

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Setup did take longer than expected, but that's not because of Leadspace, but we required a bit of customization to suit our business purposes .  This involved corralling a number of people from multiple departments across several rounds of review; in order to get the most out of our partnership, this kind of thing may be required. 

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Are you looking for just data or could you benefit from an additional analysis of data?  We found some additional use cases and value from combining multiple data sources with additional analysis, which was some level of analysis we'd have to do ourselves anyway, saving us a significant amount of time, money, and resources. 

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Leadspace to fill in gaps in our data set as well as bucket users by persona (job title and job role).  We're now able to segment messaging in our marketing automation system using that data.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

In previous experiences, Leadspace has always been very flexible to our needs, taking on additional resources to accommodate for the models and features we wanted to see in our account scoring model. I do like the accuracy in the enrichment which is superior to other vendors we have used. It's easier to trust the data we get back. 

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The enrichment credits are very conservative - even test calls have been used against our limits - and it requires setting up a lot of additional logic in our instance to ensure we are only enriching those that truly need it so we aren't wasting any calls. This takes up additional time to get leads to Sales while also sometimes ignoring records that may benefit from new information.

Contact/Account enrichment and building out an Ideal Customer Profile to allow us to do a better job scoring, scoping and whitespacing. The enrichment is many times better than the other vendors we leverage and ICP in general allows us to more easily transition to ABM and provide an additional layer of scoring that we hope to soon go live with.

Leadspace has fantastic customer success that feels like an extension of our marketing team. 

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

They've been making upgrades to their platform recently but design of platform and its ability to pull in information from Salesforce can add extra steps to tasks. 

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our go-to-market strategy is focused around Account Based Marketing. Making sure we are hitting the right people, at the right companies at the right time with personalized information from our SDR team. Leadspace helped us to build out an Ideal Customer Profile to help organize our prospects into A, B, or C accounts based on how closely these accounts matched the ICP. We built out the model and then let it run in the background for 6 months. At the end of that time, we realized that Leadspace C accounts accounted for 30% of our initial meetings booked but only made up of 10% of our late-stage pipeline and 7% of revenue. Meanwhile, A and B accounts made up 70% of our initial meetings booked but 90% of our late-stage pipeline. Switching our SDR's focus to A&B accounts has resulted in a 20% higher conversion rate.

In addition, we also use Leadspace to build out the ideal buyer personas of the key decision-makers within our accounts. Leads are then scored against these personas and we use Leadspace to help us identify contacts in accounts where we are missing key buyers/influencers. We've been able to source more than 10,000 net-new contacts within our target accounts across our 3 main buyer personas.

Leadspaces ability to deliver data driven, accurate results with there data team and the quick turn around time and superb customer support.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

So far they have exceeded my expectations but i would have them start working towards supplying franchise data sets in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Utilize the customer service and be clear with what you want.  Also ask qualifying questions for projects and Leadspace will amaze you with how deep they drill into the details for the most accurate data return.  Leadspace is more of a smart application for data driven decisions so the more information you provide the more accurate the data will be.

In order to launch and maintain effective marketing campaigns, teams must make sure that they can always access and utilize clean, accurate, reliable, and up-to-date data and intelligence about the prospects, customers, and audiences they are engaging with. Leadspace eliminates the use of the traditional technique called batch-and-blast marketing, an approach wherein messages and campaigns are sent out to groups of targeted audiences. Although this method still works for others, it doesn’t actually provide a deeper level or personalization which is more effective in launching campaigns. The data management capabilities of Leadspace are so powerful in such a way that users are able to consistently access personalized B2B data, letting them engage with right audiences at the right time and with the right messages.

Helps our Ops team tremendously across several areas. We've done a ton of validation, enrichment, and net new acquisition in our org with LeadSpace which has made things much easier for our Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams. We plan to do a lot more of this work moving forward. 
We've also developed a scoring system for accounts based off of data and validation work done by using LeadSpace which has been very impactful on our marketing projects and programs. It's added a whole different dimension to our database and marketing programs and segmentations. I've made LeadSpace datapoints part of my normal reporting to C level, as well as using LeadSpace data to validate and map new sales bandwidths. Leadspace has excellent data, but I appreciate that they have a team of analysts working to ensure that the matches fit the criteria I'm looking for. We recently reviewed multiple vendors and Leadspace was able to return better results in the same amount of time as the other vendors. Their customer engagement is also fantastic.

The on demand tool has a ways to go before I'd call it complete. I've experienced file compatibility issues and product availability problems. It's an early product and not why we decided to go forward with the company so I can wait for more development. It's not why I would purchase the service!

Once established, the enrichment of contacts is easy.    Data has proven to be accurate, and overall match rate ranked highest among vendors tested.  Also, support has been very good, and our account reps, Oren and Heather, have been fantastic.

Implementation took some time, though we have a customized environment.   
A 'self serve' means of acquiring data by creating our own criteria (persona) would be beneficial, but understand this would be difficult to maintain given that each client would have their own preferences.
Due to the customization, there was a lack of clarity on how to administrate access to the application; however, once established the service has been solid.

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Setup conditions may vary depending on the customization of integration and the support for internal services in developing the solution, however, support from Leadspace was always available and very responsive in helping to smooth out any issues.

Leadspace has helped to fix incomplete, inconsistent contact records that have accumulated in our database over years of form submissions and list uploads.   With greater completion of account information; segmentation and lead routing have both improved, resulting in better operational efficiency.

While other predictive tools focus primarily on scoring with a vague ROI, Leadspace focuses on applying that predictive intelligence to build, append, and cleanse a B2B database, finding the best companies and, more importantly, the best contacts at that account. As importantly, their utilization of predictive intelligence is not cookie cutter as I have found with many other predictive systems. Their data scientists are building truly custom models for your business so its really right for you. Their target account buying center building is really fantastic too. Their new look-a-like modeling has been really great for us. Their salesforce integration is really strong. I have used them at straight companies at this point with positive experiences at both.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Its not the cheapest tool in town. But if your needs are sophisticated and your business is trying to be best in class, they offer a great and impactful service.

When you purchase, spend the sufficient time setting up your profile thoughtfully and sharing your past success data so your predictive models work right. Don't use it like you might a simple mass database.

We use Leadspace for lead enrichment, lead to account matching, and persona scoring, and also looking to add contact acquisition for target accounts. My favorite aspect is definitely the persona scoring where we worked with the Leadspace team to define our key target personas using job titles, job levels and technologies and now when new leads come into our database, they get scored against these personas and this drives a key part of our lead scoring model and campaign segmentation. I like the simplicity of the webhook integration with Marketo and how fast leads get enriched--almost instantly! Also lucky to work with a great customer success team. 

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Lead to account matching has not always been accurate and we realized when we add new accounts to the system, we need to send them for offline mapping on at least a monthly basis. Would be great if this was an integrated solution. Also often when we need offline enrichment or changes to the persona scoring, it takes up to a week. 

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Take advantage of the persona scoring that Leadspace can provide! I don't know of any other vendors that do this. It takes a while to set it up but once you do, it's great to use for segmenting the database and the qualification part of lead scoring.

Lead enrichment and filling in gaps in the data, persona scoring, lead to account matching - ultimately all aspects of our lead flow and scoring.

Leadspace's ability to find and link social data is a favored feature for our reps that have been spending a ton of time with Google until now. The most favored feature is the frequent return of the Person LinkedIn Profile URL.

2) Personalized model development for both inbound AND outbound applications.

1) Missing some process overviews and requirements/input templates, but your leading practice approach and recommendations around scoring/data are always bulletproof!

2) Real-time enrichment and scoring allows our marketing automation engines to identify and accelerate the names that are more likely to buy now. Top scored Leadspace names are converting 5X above the average!

One of the most frustrating parts about marketing lately is all the different tools and software I need to bring in to get my job done. That being said, what I like most about Leadspace is that it truly is a one stop shop in a data platform. Additionally, the entire Leadspace team is so helpful and accommodating and provides top of the line, personalized customer service.

One potential dislike is that data enrichments are handled by their team in Israel so any large list cleanse or enrichment may take a longer turnaround time, but nothing that can't be planned for.

If you're looking for a tool to help solve a lot of everyday marketing issues (lead to account mapping, data enrichments, lead scoring, lead targeting,etc.) Leadspace is what you're looking for.
