What do you like best about Leadspace?

Love the quality of data, ability to do custom and very targeted projects. The Customer Success team is unparalleled with their knowledge, skill, and experience. It's been a game changer for our marketing team as well as our sales department. It's also given our entire Ops team a lot of reliable datapoints to work with in our org. I haven't worked with any other vendor with this high of quality service and product. Highly recommended and very reliable! What do you like best about Leadspace?

Leadspace has excellent data, but I appreciate that they have a team of analysts working to ensure that the matches fit the criteria I'm looking for. We recently reviewed multiple vendors and Leadspace was able to return better results in the same amount of time as the other vendors. Their customer engagement is also fantastic. What do you dislike about Leadspace?

The on demand tool has a ways to go before I'd call it complete. I've experienced file compatibility issues and product availability problems. It's an early product and not why we decided to go forward with the company so I can wait for more development. It's not why I would purchase the service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leadspace was at the cornerstone of our ABM Strategy at Marketo to drive our propensity to buy models and identify our target accounts. We also leveraged LS for whitespace and implemented the PTB account score as part of our lead scoring model. MQL key personas, demonstrating key outcomes and belonging to key accounts. Leadspace is very customer focused and willing to do "whatever it takes" to ensure the customer is getting what they need (regardless if it falls outside of their standard service agreement). What do you like best about Leadspace?

Once established, the enrichment of contacts is easy. Data has proven to be accurate, and overall match rate ranked highest among vendors tested. Also, support has been very good, and our account reps, Oren and Heather, have been fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadspace?

Implementation took some time, though we have a customized environment.

A 'self serve' means of acquiring data by creating our own criteria (persona) would be beneficial, but understand this would be difficult to maintain given that each client would have their own preferences.
