## About Leadspace
When working with huge volumes of data, the ability to validate and resolve companies and buyers at the enterprise, SMB, or even micro-business level is a challenge. Leadspace is purpose-built to help growing organizations effectively manage these data challenges. And we do it at scale for some of the most demanding B2B customers—Microsoft, Zoom Video, and Salesforce. Resolving this challenge requires multi-source validation involving dozens of sources of both first- and third-party data. **What do you like best about Leadspace?**

My Customer Success Manager, Steve Cracknell!  He works closely with me to ensure that all my LeadSpace data projects deliver exactly what we need for our marketing campaigns.  He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Contact data accuracy has declined about 5%  lately but I've been told that there are measures in place to correct that issue.

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To identify our best prospects we need to focus on the contact's responsibility and function, not title or department.  LeadSpace allows us to do that.

Providing leads that look like your customer and the data is verified on the fly

Not being able to save a previous list orders like a template when you order more lists

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

The commitment and sense of urgency from our Account Manager kept us on track to drive success.

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

During one testing period, there were stability issues with the environment so I was discovering bugs that were unrelated to my integration. But it was addresses and we closed the loops.

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

LeadSpace seems to be a proven vendor in this space, only recommendation is to explore where their data is sourced from to make sure it works for your target audience. 

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Based on our ideal customer profile, we are trying to proactively elevate contacts who are displaying buying signals so we can market and sell to them.

SFDC integration can be nice when researching accounts

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

Optimization of software hinges on user feedback- not efficient use of time

**Recommendations to others considering Leadspace:**

Consider your priorities in what you'd like most out of the software. For my company, reliable contact data is top priority and Leadspace seems a bit weak in this area.

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Quality Assurance for Marketing Technologies. Sometimes, leadspace has helped with outreach and finding correct email patterns.

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

I appreciate the prompt responses and the comprehensive data deliveries provided by Allie and the Leadspace team.  

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The inability to apply person suppressions but I understand there's a new process to get this up implemented soon.  

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generate net new leads for our marketing and sales teams. 

  ### 7. Data is Pretty Accurate But Very Slow and Poor Integration with SFDC

**What do you like best about Leadspace?**

Data accuracy and the number of data sources is very good. The team is phenomenal. The ability to only show the contacts that fit your ideal customer profile is also a plus. 

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

The speed (or lack there of) and the way it matches companies in SFDC and the fact that they charge to append company only data to every lead/contact for that company should be once for the company data not per lead/contact. Very expensive.

Make sure you clearly define all possibilities in your ideal customer profiles.

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get more contacts at the right companies faster.

I like that Leadspace is very accurate with the data they enrich.  I know the leads they populate are usable.  

**What do you dislike about Leadspace?**

When enriching data there were a lot of gaping holes.  They could usually only enrich about 40% of our lists. 

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to solve getting emails from conference attendee lists so that we could directly market the conference guests.  I have realized that before my data was incorrect a lot of the times.

Leadspace provides us with great additional information to help enrich our existing database

It's a totally manual process to get data enriched - importing huge spreadsheets, no direct integration

**What problems is Leadspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data enrichment and hygiene issues. We've been using the information to start scoring our leads and accounts
