Lattice Performance Management Pricing

Lattice makes it seamless to keep track of every step of the way as a manager. I can very easily keep on top of every cycle and it is an easy, intuitive software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked that there was no limit to how many people could nominate me to review them. So I ended up getting a bunch of requests and it took a while to complete them all but I definitely saw the value in the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fundamentally, traditional performance management is flawed in the sense that getting a end-of-year review or even a quarterly review, requires you to retroactively review your accomplishments, build a strong narrative, and ultimately take you out of the context of doing your actual day-to-day job in order to build a case for your continued employment.

Lattice solves this problem by fundamentally guiding employees and managers through an iterative meeting schedule and a shared medium for holding one another accountable for tasks and talking points. I simply believe that this is the best way to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were some integrations which would allow me to submit samples of work, or output of productivity tools (like trello, jira, slack, etc) into the platform to further capture the value-add of my contributions throughout the year. For example, let's say I just fixed a major bug in our app. Wouldn't it be great if I had the ability to take a screen shot, and upload it via Slack into Lattice, so for that upcoming 1-on-1 I can not only review it with my manager, but also have it in a system of record for me to look back upon.
