I’ve had five Kixie accounts for years, and the service was initially great. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a complete disaster. First, SMS texting suddenly stopped working. Kixie claimed they had emailed us about the 10DLC requirements, but no one on our team received those emails—not in our inboxes or spam folders. A few days later, our numbers also stopped receiving two-factor authentication codes from multiple services. This locked me out of several vital business accounts and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. Despite the seriousness of the problem, I could not reach a real person or get any meaningful assistance. All I received was a ticket number and generic messages saying they were “working on it.” We spend approximately $5,000 for five seats. At that price, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. There's no support line, you have to email and hope someone emails you back. Most of the time, it's an automated response that takes you to a page where you have to try and figure out how to fix any issues on your own. They have no support line; it's all automated, and you are stuck without help. They also keep you hostage. I tried to email multiple times to cancel, they charged me anyways. Previously, we faced challenges with missed calls, inconsistent follow-ups, and the tedious task of repeatedly entering data into our CRM. Now, with everything seamlessly integrated, calls and texts are automatically logged, allowing us to view the complete communication history in one place. The local presence dialing and spam prevention features have noticeably increased our connection rates, while SMS and voicemail automation have saved us significant time.
