The platform works well overall, but there are a few small drawbacks. The reporting dashboard could be a little more customizable, especially when trying to drill into specific metrics. Kixie works great with HubSpot. The integration is seamless, and all calls and texts are logged with plenty of detail. Super helpful for keeping track of sales activity and monitoring acquisitions. Makes the whole process a lot smoother and organizational feedback was very positive post deployment. Essentially an easy plugin with HubSpot. Dashboard configuration made implementation very straightforward - no fuss.
