The support staff is very responsive though. The follow-up in particular is remarkable. they clearly want to ensure you're 100% satisfied. I was impressed enough to write a review, so take that for what it's worth. **What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?** No real complaints so far. Integration with HubSpot was seamless and took no time at all. Kixie has a plethora of features that can be hard to find all in one system. Customer support is always quick to respond and resolve any problems we have ran into (mainly user error). **What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?** It would be great if the integration with HubSpot was more advanced on the SMS side. Currently SMS are logged as "Tasks" in HubSpot. This is sufficient as we are able to make reporting off of this but its tricky. The ability to send SMS through a sequence would be amazing as well. **What problems is Kixie PowerCall & SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** An easy to use phone system that works from our admin team, to sales and customer service. I really like its customer service/support and the ability to send SMS accurately and consistently. I specifically use this solution to integrate with HubSpot, and it performs well. We also use it for our calling and like what we've been able to do there. **What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?** I dislike that the only way to track SMS in HubSpot is through Tasks. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to report accurately. I'd love to see this change in the future. We also had some minor configuration issues, but the support team was quick to resolve them. **What problems is Kixie PowerCall & SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kixie handles all of our SMS for both marketing and customer communications, it manages our calling and call center, and has been a great addition to our tech stack. ### 39.
