I loved that it was so seemless with hubspot crm **What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?** THe only thing i dislike about Kixie power dialer is that I have to hear the ring tone on each call. I wish that it would be silent until someone actually picked up the phone so that I can hear my surroundings. **What problems is Kixie PowerCall & SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kixie allows me to call multiple individuals in succession without having to do much on my end. That was the main reason we selected Kixie. **What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?** Extremely unreliable. On one Saturday, all the customer calls were routed to one employee's voicemail. The customers wondered if they were calling the correct number the entire weekend. Kixie offers no support (chat, email, or phone) on weekends. This means our issue was not even addressed for over two days. Who knows how many potential sales we lost in those two days? On Monday, I called them when they opened, but it would never connect to a live person. A pre-recorded message instructs us to chat online. I called our account manager several times. No response. That wasn't even the only issue we had with Kixie. They also had problems with call recordings, routing, and other technical issues, such as some call durations showing up as 0:00. Their team needs to be adequately staffed. The software needs improvement.
