Excellent Support and Time-Saving Automated Integrations

Support is excellent. They’re very responsive and will help you solve issues, and they’ll even help create the more difficult workflows you need. I even received support on a holiday, which was amazing. Best of all, the automated integrations have saved us time and money. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to integrate different platforms and stay HIPPA compliant.

Fast & actionable insights for behavioral healthcare team

Several healthcare & HIPAA-compliant tools that we use are already integrated with Keragon, making it easy to get started on a new workflow. I've used the connections to Slack, Healthie, Spruce and Google Sheets, and they were all pretty straight forward.

Keragon: HIPAA-Compliant Automations Saved My Solo Cataract Practice Time & Money

As a solo cataract surgeon running a practice without full-time staff, Keragon let me build automations I genuinely couldn't have built any other way. My fax-to-EMR pipeline pulls patient referrals from eFax, OCRs them with Google Document AI, classifies them with Claude, and creates new patient charts in ModMed, all HIPAA-compliant under Keragon's brokered BAA. Saves substantial time and money, per new patient. The customer support is also the best I've experienced.
