**What do you like best about iTeleCenter?**

iTelecenter was easy to sign up for and so easy to use. Once I had an account I was able to immediately log in and start setting up the number. The back office online is so easy and convenient, easy to set up with a ton of great features that help me with my business like generating reports, saving important voicemails, setting up a greeting and even the extensions on the go, as I need to adjust them. My family business ran into issues with our phone line where we needed it to be more organized and professional instead of losing a ton of business as people kept getting a busy signal as we got flooded with call. Once I signed up for this service, so many issues were fixed after I set it up myself within 15 minutes. Everything was resolved. Anytime I have questions or run into any potential issues, customer service has been extremely friendly and professional, they always get back to me. This is a service I highly recommend, vouch for and will always personally use for any business or service as needed.

**What do you dislike about iTeleCenter?**

I haven't run into anything that I dislike.

**What problems is iTeleCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more busy signals, and having set up extensions, people can be directly quicker to the relevant person or a voice direction with common questions, and due to having this service there are less wait times.

**What do you like best about iTeleCenter?**

The clarity of the calls and how easy it is to use!

**What do you dislike about iTeleCenter?**

I do wish I could do video calls. I assume that if it had that feature it would also be amazing!

**What problems is iTeleCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This replaces the multi-thousand dollar PBX system that we were going to obtain and does even more at a nominal monthly fee!
