The clarity of the calls and how easy it is to use!

iTelecenter was easy to sign up for and so easy to use. Once I had an account I was able to immediately log in and start setting up the number. The back office online is so easy and convenient, easy to set up with a ton of great features that help me with my business like generating reports, saving important voicemails, setting up a greeting and even the extensions on the go, as I need to adjust them. My family business ran into issues with our phone line where we needed it to be more organized and professional instead of losing a ton of business as people kept getting a busy signal as we got flooded with call. Once I signed up for this service, so many issues were fixed after I set it up myself within 15 minutes. Everything was resolved. Anytime I have questions or run into any potential issues, customer service has been extremely friendly and professional, they always get back to me.
