**What do you like best about iTacit?**

Easy to use Some say it's easy to use and that the staff is helpful.
Great customer service Some say the customer service is excellent and that their questions were answered quickly and clearly.
Powerful features Some say the targeting feature is powerful and that the notice board is a good way to share information with employees.
Remote work Some say it allows for remote work and provides a good structure for connecting with team members.

**What do you dislike about iTacit?**

Learning curve Some say there's a bit of a learning curve, but that the team can help.
Administrative side Some say the administrative side is complicated and doesn't have all the options they're looking for.
Displaying names Some say that iTacit requires specific names to display, which can cause issues if a user's name has an accent.

**What problems is iTacit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about iTacit?**

We are a non-profit with business and organization members. Some of our member companies have a large number of employees and in the past, we didn't have a good way to provide our resources to all of them. Itacit works wonderfully for our member portal. It is so easy to post vidoes and key materials on the home page. It also makes it easy to share materials with board members and committee members to be sure they receive them, but that others who are not authorized do not have access.

**What do you dislike about iTacit?**

The nomenclature isn't the best for our organization. It could be nice if we could rename some of the categories to better fit our needs. As it is it can be confusing to train members and new staff to get to the right level.

**What problems is iTacit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Itacit helps us to connect to our diverse membership. It is easy to share large amounts of information. Our members are now more engaged, utilizing more of our resources and seeing greater benefit from their membership.
