**What do you like best about Ipro ADD?**

Very easy to use, streamlined and integrated with one off the most powerful ESI processing tool, eCapture.

**What do you dislike about Ipro ADD?**

IPRO needs to work on visualizations and strong Analytic engines.

**What problems is Ipro ADD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy of learning. the learning curve to reviewers is almost flat.

**What do you like best about Ipro ADD?**

The dashboard and interface is very user friendly. With large icons and colors. Green for Review, Yellow for processing, etc. Having the application is easier for attorneys and paralegals to use, as its much more guided.

**What do you dislike about Ipro ADD?**

I have yet to find areas of dislike. I would recommend the pricing to be more competitive with the market. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ipro ADD:**

I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for an online review platform. Functionality and user friendly for attorney and paralegals both. Review and tagging functions are great. Able to add new functions and make unique to each case. The pricing can be a like steep but I think its worth it. 

**What problems is Ipro ADD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ADD to combine all of our IPRO software programs into one interface.
