What I like best about Relativity is the flexibility it provides to manage complex eDiscovery matters from intake through production. As a Project Manager, I regularly work with large data sets, multiple custodians, complex search criteria, productions, and different review workflows, and Relativity gives me the ability to tailor the workspace to the specific needs of each matter. The searching and reporting capabilities are especially valuable. Saved searches, dtSearch, Search Term Reports, analytics, and customizable fields make it much easier to organize large document populations, identify relevant data, and provide counsel with meaningful information about their case. I also appreciate the ability to create workflows and views that make sense for both technical teams and attorneys reviewing the data. From an attorney’s perspective, I also like that Relativity can take a very large and technically complicated collection and turn it into something counsel can actually navigate and use strategically. When a workspace is configured well, the platform provides a tremendous amount of control over the discovery process.

Vast personalisation and features which allow you to be creative and find innovative solutions. Ability to ingest and analyse vast amounts of data in an intuitive and accessible format. Integrations such as AI now make even more possible.

I like Relativity's active learning and predictive coding, which automate tasks and save a lot of time for reviewers. The predictive coding feature is one of the awesome features I recently noticed. I also appreciate the ability to remove duplicates and the email threading options, as well as the keyword and dt search capabilities, which help narrow down searches efficiently. I find the processing set for handling metadata and removing duplicates useful, and the Relativity Desktop Client is a powerful tool, making it easy to organize and review documents. Additionally, I set up active learning projects for reviewers, which is a beneficial feature. Overall, Relativity seems like one of the top e-discovery tools for our needs.
