Very good oversight and control across data. While the wide range of options in the UI can feel overwhelming for beginners at first, once you’ve learned how the functions work, it becomes very useful and gives you strong, reliable control. I am not hugely involved in the billing side of it, but I know we rely on Nuix Workstation for a lot of client work so it is definitely worth the investment.
