I use Reveal (Platform) for data processing, and I really appreciate its exceptional eDiscovery capabilities for faster, smarter review. The end-to-end workflow support is very beneficial, enabling me to work efficiently. I also enjoy the enabled analytics and visualization features, which enhance clarity in my data processing. Reveal (Platform) excels in speed, accuracy, and efficiency, and I find that it significantly aids collaboration and governance tasks. The software is for archiving documents so we've needed it to be steady and consistent over the nearly 20 years of using the product, but I was pleasantly surprised by the new user interface that came with our recent move to the cloud version. Cleverly, it retained its previous reassuring feel but is also so fresh and intuitive to use. Certainly a 'user version' of software in a world where many software providers seem to to design their software to suit themselves and not the customer. Big fan. I really like its AI-driven analytics and automation, which significantly streamline the eDiscovery process. The AI-driven features can be extremely great for new users, requiring time and training to completely leverage its capabilities. Reveal has an end to end platform and covers all your eDiscovery needs. Their software is easy to use and user intuitive once you learn the basics. Their visual analytics make filtering and searching very easy, and their generative AI feature, Ask, is particulary helpful when trying to find answers to particular questions within your dataset. Coding fields requires you to enter each document, or apply an overlay in the back end, which isn't terrible but less efficient when you have alot of documents to code. My best like about Reveal is the simplicity in its use. All searching is just one dashboard for keywords, date ranges, or another other criterion. The interface is easy to guide through and very simple for new clients to comprehend and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest issue with Reveal is that the company keeps rolling out new features without fixing the old features. Family members is a big problem which requires addressing. Also, I don't like how there are three separate environments for my data, the Review Manager, Discovery Manager, and the review platform. This all needs to be consolidated.

I like that it has default dashboards that immediately give you a big picture of what's in your documents (timelines, entities, clusters, communications). It also has good supervised learning capabilities. It also has a cool feature to update the names of your fields in a dat file for productions - it's very handy. At the moment (they are working on updating this) you have three different portals (not sure what to call them) to use when you are creating a workspace / project, processing, or promoting documents. Occasionally, and especially in the immediate aftermath of a new update/patch, bugs will occur which impact user experience - although these are usually mitigated effectively by the support team through workarounds to implement while the bug is being resolved. The way files are encoded is very simple and intuitive, I love that when you upload a file. The search facility is really helpful, it makes my review faster and smarter. I like that I can set my own preset encoding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes find that the conversions are a bit distorted, it would be nice to have more filters to search for documents. There are so many ways organize documents that it is confusing, it takes a while to get used to what you really want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
