It depends on how Everlaw is procured. You can procure it directly from Everlaw and self-administer the database(s), or elect to engage with an Everlaw reseller that provides Professional Services, Project Management, and complimentary full-service matter management needs. Another variable on pricing would be if the use of Everlaw was offered on a case-based need vs. an eDiscovery solution across all of an organization's matters. General Everlaw pricing is a simplistic and transparent flat-rate based on the volume of data hosted. There are no user fees or additional fees to utilize the advanced analytics/AI, process data or run productions - it is all inclusive. If you are looking for full-service support of Everlaw through a strategic partner I would love to provide a competitive proposal and I can refer you to an inside Everlaw sales professional if you're interested in simply procuring the software. Either way - you will be in a great situation using Everlaw...its a stellar eDiscovery solution.
