# How are you handling PDF capture gaps in WebPreserver while keeping forensic hashes intact?

WebPreserver’s automated collection for social posts and websites, plus hashing for each preserved file and a forensic report of hashes, sounds invaluable for online source preservation. One challenge is that PDF-related websites (like a manual hosted on its own page) may not collect the PDF itself, though support mentioned they can provide a custom script to help. If you’ve run into this, how are you capturing PDFs while maintaining the same level of authenticity and hashing in your workflow?
