Uploading load files can be challenging, particularly when working through the mapping process, which is not always intuitive and can be time-consuming. Additional guidance and support during the load file mapping stage would be very helpful.

In addition, the help chat feature does not seem to be as effective as it was a few years ago. While the AI-powered assistance can be useful for basic questions, it is often less helpful when troubleshooting complex issues such as load file imports and mapping errors. The ability to connect directly with a knowledgeable support representative is greatly preferred and would be especially valuable when dealing with more difficult or unusual load files.
