Newer updates have been a little buggy. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** The user interface has not changed since the product was owned by Lexis Nexus, could really use a new look. Newer updates can be a little buggy. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the ever growing data collection for ESI, LAW can handle most processing task without any issues. Allowing users to change the number of votes to process helps speed up larger projects. ### 2. Making the complex databases extremely easy to search/tag etc... In my 27 years of experience, I have found that their team of professionals is by far the best group I have ever worked with. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** I have been working with them for several years now, and I am still looking for something I dislike. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** The searching capabilities in this software are unmatched in my opinion, and the extreme ease in which the searches and tag fields can be customized and added (even by the most non-technical end user) is a huge plus to myself and my clientele. ### 3. I can do more, save time, and control costs. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** I would like to see it further developed to take advantage of the additional core processing power as newer computers are developed. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** LAW has been developing its Turbo features to help me process more data faster which enables me to do more versus having to outsource work. ### 5. Self-loading utility is easy to upload native files quickly to begin review work. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** Per GB pricing is more expensive monthly hosting fees for larger volume databases. Not as good analytics as other software. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to upload native emails and other ESI files for law firm customers to conduct their review, searching and coding/tagging for discovery review and document productions. ### 6. Plus the support staff with CloudNine is very responsive and helpful. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reviewing and filtering large data sets for e-discovery (approximately 1TB) ### 7. I also find the search functions to be intuitive. It's also nice to have web-based software that's intuitive and doesn't require a specialized in-house IT department or litigation support group to manage. It's possible for our small firm to implement the software without needing extra personnel or outside consultants just to manage the database. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** Mainly, the inability to see highlights in native view. I would like for the terms highlighting to transfer into the native format, which ought to be easy enough on standard formats like PDF, doc, email, etc. **Recommendations to others considering CloudNine LAW:** If you are looking for an easy to use document management system that can be user driven and affordable, Cloud Nine is a good option. We divide the costs up proportionally and pass it along to our clients. **What problems is CloudNine LAW solving and how is that benefiting you?** A cost-effective solution for document management at a small-midsize firm. It allows us to work with more complex, voluminous e-discovery without incurring the costs normally associated with large, in-house document management software. Also, it's user friendly. ### 9. It doesn't take days to get started. With this product you can get up and running in minutes. The price was in the middle of the road. Very nice and easy user interface. **What do you dislike about CloudNine LAW?** It can't handle multiple CRM applications.
