What do you like best about Sightline by Consilio?

I like the functionality of Sightline. I set up a lot of reviews in Sightine for counsel and contract review teams. I like the ease of use of the platform for organzing the database for the document review. I also like how easy it is to organize my searches to prepare to run my productions and the ease of setting up and running the productions. What do you dislike about Sightline by Consilio?

Sightline is an old platform, the onlly upside is that it might be cheaper than fully featured, modern platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sightline by Consilio?

The platform is old and lags behind almost all competitor's products. I recommend using Logikcull, Everlaw, or CS Disco, which fill a similar niche but with more features and better support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Sightline team has been accommodating with our request. The Sightline team gets back to us promptly and addresses all questions sent to them. What do you like best about Sightline by Consilio?

Our account manager Ed who was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. I liked the insentive by Consilio in which we were able to reduce e-discovery costs by being trained on the platform and being shown how to use it independantly. What do you dislike about Sightline by Consilio?

Sometimes it can feel tricky to use when it comes to running search terms in comparison to competitor software. We came across a number of login issues for users who did not go to sign in straight away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to navigate and user-friendly for attorneys and paralegals. Use of the colored tags for repetitive tagging. Persistent highlighting is helpful within the assignment review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need training to understand how to use it well. It does not automatically search for duplicates set aside to separate folder.

What do you like best about Sightline by Consilio?

Sightline is great for smaller productions. When I have a smaller production that I want to turn around quickly Sightline is perfect. Ideally, the production will not have any redactions or unusual extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sightline by Consilio?

I find the interface to be unintuitive for mainstream use. The learning curve is steeper then I would like for a product of this nature.

I also find it has bugs that pop up 25% of the time. Luckily the COnsilio staff has been helpful in troubleshooting any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sightline by Consilio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the issue when an attorney waits until the last second and wants to get a production out the same day. Going through the usual matter, database setup, FTP, ingesting, files made available, and then production of them is much more inefficient than uploading to sightline and producing right then and there.
