What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I love the ease with which a developer can work with Insightly tool and it really helps me in configuring my reports whcih I need to generate. It also allwed me to integrate Insightly with external sysytem using its AppConnect feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

We implemented Insightly CRM, hoping it would streamline our contact management needs. However, we found that it is very sales-driven, with most features centered around sales pipelines, leads, and opportunity tracking. As an organization that does not sell anything but primarily uses a CRM to compile, organize, and manage contact data, we found that these sales-focused features added unnecessary complexity and clutter to our workflow. It is an excellent tool for archiving customers’ information, potential leads, and opportunities, as well as tracking sales related processes.
