
I like that it's very easy to manage projects in Insightly CRM and add tasks, and keep track of them. Being a team manager, it's a lot easier when the project is added to Insightly, and we already have a predetermined list of tasks for each project. Setting up the project is user-friendly, and it ensures that staff completes all their tasks. The ability to report to my managers the percentage of projects that we are completing and the timing is very valuable as well. The initial setup on the site link was very easy. It seems like at certain times, I don't know if the system is updating. The interface will change and sometimes certain aspects won't be available. Reports won't be available or the size of the font will randomly increase, making it hard to see everything on the screen, so that could definitely be improved.
