# How are other companies encouraging staff to use non-tradeshow based events?

Our team is heavily using iCapture for tradeshow-based lead capturing events. We've provided a prospecting event recently, but our team is not using it so far. In what ways are you encouraging your staff to use iCapture? What other avenues is your team using iCapture?

Thank you for the questions, Nicole! With such exceptional circumstances, there are certainly some unique opportunities. We know that with a shifting landscape, sales and marketing teams are adapting in a variety of ways. We recommend you schedule time with your Success Manager to discuss your strategy for prospecting, mobile sales, and virtual events. You may decide that a discussion including your reps and iCapture Success Manager will be beneficial. Our goal is to help you and your team maximize the opportunities your reps are uncovering. We are available to help re-design questionnaires, provide team training(s), and further connect to review what is working and what needs additional improvements.
