# Does the icapture solution also work with japanese characters

We want to understand if the current icapture solutions is also supporting specific characters like for chinese, japanese, ... data elements? Does anyone has experience with that ?

Hi Nico-

iCapture questionnaires are able to use Chinese and Japanese characters. 

If you are inquiring about business card transcriptions, Chinese and Japanese captures will be processed via an international OCR system and a secondary human verification. They will also require your team's verification for each capture to ensure the accuracy of the data.
