If you are looking for a PMS this is the one. Hostfully is the most complete PMS in the market

Sometimes some bugs but they fix them quickly as all software

The integration between the different tools used in this business.

**What do you like best about Hostfully?**

Our property management team reaches out to Hostfully a couple times a weeks with challenges we, or our, guests are facing. We have found the support team at Hostfully to be thorough and responsive in their replies.

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

Hostfully has introduced Zoom office hours several days a week however I find the times to be limiting as a customer in PST timezone.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to automate scheduled messages to guests.

**What do you like best about Hostfully?**

I love how they can help you a lot when it comes to integration. Cece, one of their customer support staff, is like my best friend when I need something figured out! Also, they have all these support articles that are ready for parners to read. The bot, Finn, is also very helpful! They were able to waive fees as well for our shell listings that are not active! All in all this is a great and user-friendly property management platform!

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

I hope they can support more booking platforms so we can fully integrate all our platforms in the future -- for now we're just using the icals.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage all my channels making me lessen double bookings and such! Also, it helps me create my monthly and yearly financial reports for our clients as it can generate it as well!

Automation of from Inquiry all the way to checkout and clean.

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

Onboarding. It's cumbersome, and take a long time if you have a medium to large portfolio.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connects calendars wonderfully. 
Lots of integrations with other companies like Turno and Price Labs

It's slow on the backend/hard to switch various properties.

**What do you like best about Hostfully?**

Hostfully is not only proactive in working with their clients to have 1:1 calls, they also offer Office Hours which is super helpful in getting answers but also learning questions from others at different steps than you!

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

It is super rich so I felt there was so much information to get through; thankfully our rep Kana gave thorough instructions which made it a hair less overwhleming. Also the integrations being an added expense was not foreseen by my client so we wish we knew that prior to getting signed up.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline all the leads and conversations. Also being able to give back to our return guests via a direct booking link versus getting hit with fees from VRBO, Airbnb etc.

I value Hostfully team's responsiveness to our requests for improvements or new features and customer support in general. Also enjoy the reporting features, calendar, universal inbox, and multi-channel management.

I would like to see Hostfully develop stronger features for nurturing guests' profiles or offer integrations with leading CRMs

**What do you like best about Hostfully?**

Hostfully is an easy to use property management software, with VERY good customer service and responsive to customer suggestions. I used Lodgify and Octorate previously and Hostfully is MUCH BETTER. It is VERY intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

I wish there were "how to" modules for every aspect of the software. There is good information and customer support but I would appreciate a set-by-set guide for to answere do-it-yourself questions.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Hostfully has allowed me to manage by 2 vacation rentals by myself, coordinating seamlessly with channels such as Airbnb and Booking, sending automated communications, and managing my business better. Best of all, I now take 50% of bookings directly through Hostfully, so I can earn more money.

**What do you like best about Hostfully?**

Hostfully is nice because it has all the features you need and they are constantly trying to improve those features to make the product continually better. The dashboard is easy to use and pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

Only thing I did not like was that VRBO messages don't integrate so I had to talk to VRBO guests through the VRBO app itself.

**What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making it easier to see all of the data of your business in one place.

Hostfully can connect to other short term rental platforms and aggregate them all in one nice and clean UI.

**What do you dislike about Hostfully?**

The website can be slow to load sometimes.

Rather than looking at all the different platforms and managing bookings on each individual one, Hostfully combines them all and makes it easy to manage.

Its customer support and always adding good features to make my life as a host easier. The new enhanced reports help me to co host too.

I would like more adjustments added to the reports for owner reporting

No unified inbox for multiple platforms (VRBO is the biggest hole), financial reporting is a bowl of spaghetti, no real internal task monitoring/metrics.
