What do you like best about Hostfully?

I like Hostfully for the range of features and integrations as well as how very clearly they are making improvements for Property Managers. However, Hostfully would not be as good as it is without Kana Gordon.

What do you like best about Hostfully?

What I like most is the integrated calendar across channels. I also like the automatic communications for guests once they were set up. I also like the fast respond time by the property management team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostfully?

I wish it had more AI functionality to respond to guest issues, so I wouldn't have to. The set up is very finicky. It takes a while to learn the different channels. Financial reporting also could be easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how ingrained in the industry Hostfully is. It's not just a platform, but a resource for the best practices and the most seamless way to advertise your property in as many places as possible. What do you like best about Hostfully?

I use hostfully for about 40 listings. It works quite well for posting listings on multiple platforms like VRBO and Airbnb. It is by the cheapest PMS that I have found and it does a great job. All of the request I had for updates were implemented into the software which is great. Customer support ai is really good and when they cant answer a real person usually responds in less than 20 min. Pretty impressive tbh. I have no reason to switch. sometimes it is slow to sync with calendars which can be annoying but i'm not sure they can do anything to speed that up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fantastic onboarding process. The software is very extensive but still feels simple to use once you figure it out. Their customer support is responsive and very helpful. Our account manager Marcy is extremely personable and great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostfully?

First, the integration was easier than expected and well supported by the Hostfully team. We had three Onboarding sessions included in our integration and it was very well structured - we had "homework" after each session and we could only schedule our next session once we had completed our homework. We could reach out if we were having difficulty with our homework, but that really didn't happen.

My wife LOVES the messaging functionality. She really LOVES it. She uses all the triggers and LOVES how she doesn't have to review all of our listings everyday to make sure they've gotten all the messages they need before, during and after their stay. The only thing we're not using are the automatic review generations, but I'm sure we will in the near future.

We also integrated with Pricelabs and that was seamless and simple.

The other thing that it allowed was the integration of Booking.com. Before we signed up with Hostfully, we had an aborted attempt to set up our listings with Booking.com - very clunky and hard to correct "mistakes". With Hostfully, we just turned them on, updated a few mandatory fields and, voila!, we were getting bookings within a week of setting them up.

I tell all my hosting friends about Hostfully... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostfully?

Nothing... it does everything we want and it seems like they're constantly working to address feedback from clients. The only thing it doesn't solve for me is my accounting in Quickbooks, but that's more of a Quickbooks problem than Hostfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
