Robust Channel Integrations with Above-and-Beyond Support

Hostfully is very robust. It connects with multiple booking channels and integrations, but what I like best is the customer service. The Onboarding and Support teams go above and beyond.

Outstanding Onboarding and Comprehensive Property Management

|Hostfully
I have had my property on Airbnb for about three years; however, I didn't have in-depth knowledge of the different PMSs. However, with my research, I found that Hostfully is a more complete solution for the management of your properties, regardless of how many properties you have. Their onboarding process was excellent. My onboarding person was Kana Gordon. She is very knowledgeable, on top of emails with quick responses to your inquiries, and more importantly, FRIENDLY and easy-going in her approach to onboarding the clients. I would definitely recommend Hostfully as a PMS and Kana Gordon as the onboarding specialist.
