That I can connect to other channels that I was not able to with the previous PMS I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Hostfully? Where to start! It's been a sad journey. They sell it as it will connect seamlessly with the top channels and it's not at all true. Airbnb was not too bad, but the connection with booking.com has been a nightmare. Not at all a seamless integration. They don't know and they don't tell you specific inputs to correctly set it up and in the mean time you are missing out reservations. The payment system with Stripe is complex and you can get claims by fraudulent guest and loss money. Much more work vs. automation. Their what'sapp connection is not bidirectional and they haven't fix I. You can't send attachments to the customers as they stated, the system does not work. You need to become an expert in the system to maximize the investment. Their customers support is reliable but take too much time to answer and some times does not have the answer. In summary they spend a lot in selling but their PMS does not deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Hostfully solving and how is that benefiting you? We’re glad to hear that Hostfully has allowed you to expand your channel connections beyond your previous PMS. That said, we’re genuinely sorry that the transition hasn’t been smooth, especially with Booking.com and the setup complexities. Integrations with OTAs can sometimes be tricky, and we know how critical it is to get them working seamlessly. We also note your feedback about payments, WhatsApp messaging, and the learning curve. We’re actively working to improve platform functionality and documentation and are currently exploring more robust ways to simplify the setup experience and enhance messaging tools. We’re sorry we haven’t delivered the experience you were promised. Our team is reviewing your comments closely and will continue working to improve the areas you’ve mentioned.
