I like that Hiya Connect Branded Call is customizable and personalized for each of our lines. We have over 600 lines, and it's great that we can brand them individually in different ways. During our cold calls for our financial services, having the caller's name, company name, logo, and the reason for the call displayed adds credibility. This feature helps increase our pickup ratio and reduces our spam rate. I also find it beneficial for branding calls, which I think is cutting-edge technology. The console is a bit not advanced. The way we upload numbers and make changes on the console is still in its early stage. I believe they need to invest more in that technology and the way it is managed by the admin. The initial setup was a little bit challenging in terms of creating the branding for each line, especially with having over 600 lines and over 1,200 numbers to be branded.
