I have used Hiya Connect in an enterprised size company to improve connect or answewr rates and there service is amazing!! They provide a very detailed review on the performance of your CLI per attempt, they give you insights on why you are being spammed. They show you the difference between answer rates with and without Hiya. Their service system is extremely user friendly as well. Getting started is also very easily done with any 1 of their staff, before you know it you have the product implemeted. If you have any issues they support you almost instantly. As soon as you start using these services you will definitley see a positive impact and you will make use of these services quite frequently. I would definitely recommend this product to more users!! After we moved to a VOIP service for all of our phone calls, clients started noticing that we were coming up marked as SPAM. Hiya was recommended to us by the VOIP service provider. They immediately put us on a 3 month pilot to see where our stats were at. At the end of that trial, it just made sense to continue on with the service. The Branded caller ID is quick, once a number is entered remediation happens relatviely quickly. The Support team is also very responsive, kind, and informative.
