The number protection feature in Hiya does not prevent others from using your protected number as an outbound (SIP) number, which can harm your brand trust. We experienced a situation where a scam company used our Hiya-protected numbers for outbound calls. As a result, clients believed they were receiving calls from our company, when in reality, it was a scammer using SIP services to disguise their actual number. As a call centre that only contacts customers that have asked to be contacted, having our phone number flagged as spam was hurting our connect rates a lot. Since signing up with Hiya connect, our contact rates have quadrupled! Fantastic service and the web interface supplied is easy to use and understand. It was all very easy to set up, and easy to integrate with our existing systems. As a call centre, we make use of Hiya all day, every day, and it's not let us down yet. As we provide a service to both vulnerable and non-vulnerable victims of fraud and cyber crime, as part the national reporting centre for fraud and cyber-crime, it is imperative that, when contacting those victims by telephone, we are easily identified as a bona fide organisation. Victims who have been scammed or had other crimes committed against them must have the confidence that they will not fall victim to further crimes and Hiya's Connect Branded Caller ID system provides that in abundence. The feedback we have received from victims and government, who fully support this initiative has been more than positive. We will continue to use Hiya and I personally would recommend them to any company or organisation that needs to be open and transparent. We're contacting potentially vulnerable clients, and this gives us and the client the peace of mind about who we are and why we're calling. It's really easy to set up and manage. Having the ability to give each outbound line a different message and branding is great. The data that is attached to the reporting is so useful too, particularly the answer rates and call durations. Customer support is so often just not good enough these days however Hiya has been faultless so far. Really quick to respond and always have an answer. I've been really impressed.
