What do you like best about headcount365?

The accuracy of expense forecasting has improved significantly. By linking headcount directly to system data, the need for manual spreadsheets has been eliminated, offering real-time insight into slippage, vacancies, and over-hiring. Executives now have access to clear explanations of variances, the impact on operating expenses, and the status of requisitions all in one location. Integrating direct feeds from Workday and Ashby has minimized manual tasks, enhanced transparency around unapproved requests, and allowed hiring delays to be identified much more quickly. Having a single source of truth has brought FP&A and Recruiting into alignment, shifting conversations toward solutions instead of data inconsistencies. What do you like best about headcount365?

Headcount365 gives us visibility into our hiring plan and recruiting forecast in a way we didn't have prior. ADP requires us to do a bit more manual work of updating the hiring plan due to constraints with ADP. Change management took longer than we anticipated as the team adjusted to new workflows. What do you like best about headcount365?

Headcount365 gave us structure that was an opportunity area for us. Before implementation, our headcount data lived in multiple files, was frequently inaccurate, and provided no line of sight into where we stood against the hiring plan. HC365 centralized everything, brought all HR and Recruiting stakeholders into one workflow, and streamlined a process that previously had many disconnected parts. The RecOps expertise from the HC365 implementation team was as valuable as the software itself; they not only configured the system, but also advised on best practices that strengthened how we use our ATS. Visibility has noticeably increased across the organization; hiring managers now proactively check status and approvals move faster because everyone can see exactly where things are in the process. What do you dislike about headcount365?

The People Leader and reporting modules have strong potential, but we have not fully adopted them yet. There is more functionality we want to understand and leverage, especially on the reporting and leadership-insight side. Product usage has evolved significantly from implementation to now, and there were some early kinks, but the direction is positive and capabilities continue to mature as we use the system more. The integration with Ashby eliminated the manual process of transferring data between systems and we were able to get rid of manual spreadsheets. I wish there were more options for us to take manual control when necessary, such as when data becomes outdated or if someone uses the system incorrectly. In these cases, we often have to reach out to the HC365 team for assistance, and it would be much better if we could make these manual changes ourselves. What do you like best about headcount365?

The system pays for itself if you have even one hire made outside of budget/plan.  Headcount is finally out of spreadsheets and in one place so I can see everything. What do you like best about headcount365?

The implementation support we received was outstanding. HC365 took on the challenging tasks of complex configuration and ensuring data integrity, which allowed our team to stay focused on our daily work. The training provided was clear and efficient, complemented by custom guides tailored specifically for our Recruiting team. We also gained valuable insights from their expertise with integrated systems. What set this experience apart from most implementations was that the team had real Recruiting Operations experience, having previously built and managed Ops teams before joining HC365. This background made a significant difference, enhancing not only our HC365 setup but also our ATS (Greenhouse) and the overall structure of our recruiting processes. What do you dislike about headcount365?

Initially, our internal data and processes were unstructured, which made it harder to reach a steady state since we first had to address cleanup. HC365 supported us throughout each phase, offering recommendations that ultimately left our systems much more robust than they were before.
