What do you like best about headcount365?

Headcount365 gives us visibility into our hiring plan and recruiting forecast in a way we didn't have prior. Approvals move faster because everything is centralized and transparent, and managers finally have a clear view into what roles are open, upcoming, and in-flight. This has materially improved communication between recruiting and the business. The Headcount365 team is also consistently responsive; support requests are resolved quickly. What do you dislike about headcount365?

ADP requires us to do a bit more manual work of updating the hiring plan due to constraints with ADP. Change management took longer than we anticipated as the team adjusted to new workflows. Headcount365 replaced all our manual headcount trackers with an automated, data-driven system. Approved requisitions now push directly into Greenhouse, eliminating duplicate entry. There are a few minor UI elements that don’t always align perfectly with how our industry operates, but they haven’t been blockers. The platform’s functionality and performance far outweigh any design quirks. In every case where we’ve needed adjustments, the Headcount365 team has been responsive, quick to iterate, and willing to accommodate our feedback. All requests, approvals, and hiring data are centralized and always current. The integration with Ashby eliminated the manual process of transferring data between systems and we were able to get rid of manual spreadsheets. The headcount365 team provided strong implementation and onboarding support, guiding us through setup, training, and configuration. Their team is consistently responsive and solution-oriented, offering recommendations that extend beyond technical support. Even being one of their first Ashby customers, we felt supported. What do you dislike about headcount365?

I wish there were more options for us to take manual control when necessary, such as when data becomes outdated or if someone uses the system incorrectly. In these cases, we often have to reach out to the HC365 team for assistance, and it would be much better if we could make these manual changes ourselves. We love Headcount365 because it gives us a true single source of truth for our hiring plan and tracks every change as our needs evolve. There’s nothing major we dislike about the system. Given our unique needs as an international company in a regulated industry, we did require some special enhancements to ensure compliance. Some of these updates involved custom engineering, and the Headcount365 team prioritised and delivered them quickly. Their willingness to adapt the platform for our requirements has been a huge value-add. The integration was easy with heaps of assistance from the team when needed. What do you like best about headcount365?

The system pays for itself if you have even one hire made outside of budget/plan.  Headcount is finally out of spreadsheets and in one place so I can see everything. What do you like best about headcount365?

The implementation support we received was outstanding. HC365 took on the challenging tasks of complex configuration and ensuring data integrity, which allowed our team to stay focused on our daily work. The training provided was clear and efficient, complemented by custom guides tailored specifically for our Recruiting team. We also gained valuable insights from their expertise with integrated systems. What set this experience apart from most implementations was that the team had real Recruiting Operations experience, having previously built and managed Ops teams before joining HC365. This background made a significant difference, enhancing not only our HC365 setup but also our ATS (Greenhouse) and the overall structure of our recruiting processes. What do you dislike about headcount365?

Initially, our internal data and processes were unstructured, which made it harder to reach a steady state since we first had to address cleanup. HC365 supported us throughout each phase, offering recommendations that ultimately left our systems much more robust than they were before.
