"Beautiful Design Meets Practical Functionality—GroupFlow Streamlines Everything"
What do you like best about GroupFlow?

Our experience using GroupFlow for our organization’s website and operations has been excellent. The platform strikes a great balance between beautiful design and practical functionality — a major improvement over our previous system, where we often had to compromise on usability or appearance. The administrative tools feel intuitive and approachable, which makes onboarding new volunteers simple and stress-free. Everything from membership management to events and announcements is easy to locate thanks to the clean, organized layout. We also appreciate that we no longer have to rely on multiple systems to run our organization — everything is streamlined in one place. Both administrators and members consistently comment on how easy the site and app are to navigate, and the uncluttered backend helps reduce errors and improve overall efficiency. What do you dislike about GroupFlow?

A small consideration with GroupFlow is that the platform offers a lot of flexibility and customization, which is a major strength, but it can take some upfront time to fully configure everything exactly how you want it while transitioning platforms. However, we were able to build out an extensive new site and do the transition in less than two months. There are also occasional niche workflow preferences where we’ve suggested small refinements, but the team has been very responsive to feedback and continues to enhance the platform. Overall, once the initial setup is complete, the system runs very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Responsiveness and Continuous Improvement"
What do you like best about GroupFlow?

I really appreciate the partnership level we receive from founder Moxley Stratton and his team. They are exceptionally responsive and genuinely listen to our feedback, even incorporating several of our suggestions directly into product improvements. I never feel like I have to figure things out on my own because they actively guide us through processes like event setup and system configuration. It's exciting to see how frequently the platform evolves with thoughtful refinements, consistently making our administrative work easier. Having a founder who is so invested in continuously improving the product is a huge advantage, and I truly value this collaborative relationship with GroupFlow. Additionally, the shift to GroupFlow from Wild Apricot allowed for customization and is constantly improving, which is something that really appealed to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupFlow?

I believe what could be enhanced is adding templates to the events section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Right-sized tool for privacy sensitive communities"
What do you like best about GroupFlow?

This is a one-stop shop for in-person events for groups that don't want to sell their member info or expose their customers like a social media company. If you have in person events, you can do everything you need to build community in one place, without admins or users having to create accounts for payment here, events there, websites on another tool. This is a big time saver and a great hub. Their support is also top-notch, so if you're trying to go digital and don't have the time or don't like technology, they'll help you skip past all the learning curves you'd have climbed to set up a website, figure out online payments, get everyone chatting on a discord channel, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupFlow?

It isn't really a place to market for new members like Meetup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
