It looks amazing on the storefront and is super intuitive to configure. It does exactly what it promised, turning one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers, which I find impressive. I actually like their other module, the customer backend panel, and when integrated with their loyalty model, it's a beast for me, even more effective than other high-end enterprise platforms. Each of my customers can see their order history, and it has replenishment in one button, making it very user-friendly. I also really like the wish list model and the social login feature. Plus, it solves a lot of CX tickets, which is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about Froonze Loyalty?** I think that they should have more integrations or a more robust Shopify flow. If you don't use Klaviyo, you're limited in the data parameters you can pass between apps. It is a fully featured loyalty system at a price you could say “you can’t afford not have Froonze loyalty” Froonze is an integral part of my business and the way it handles loyalty and wishlists is amazing. I have never been able to really engage with my loyalty as I have now until I used Froonze. It helps us engage with our customers very efficiently. The app rewards customer activity, sends notifications, and provide easy-to-use widgets that constantly earn praise from our customers. A very nice bonus is that besides loyalty program and wishlist, they have a customer portal where our customers can engage with the loyalty program and other functionalities of our website. This has been a game changed for us! Another awesome feature they added recently is the digital passes for Shopify POS - it enables our customers to download digital passes to their mobile wallets which we can scan using our POS machine. This avoids asking customers for their email or phone number! The pricing is very fair and convenient. We can select what functions we want and only pay for them. The customer support team is very professional. They resolve all of our queries very fast. **What do you dislike about Froonze Loyalty?** Nothing to say here. I only wish they also had product reviews in their app. It would go nicely with the loyalty program. The overall design of the loyalty widget is very successful, modern, and perfectly integrated, and the new customer account page is particularly well thought out, both for the end user and for merchant management. What we appreciate the most is the stability of the application. Everything works smoothly and consistently over time, which is essential for a loyalty program. Finally, the customer support is exceptional! Always available, extremely friendly, responsive, and truly committed to helping and finding solutions. It is a real pleasure to work with such a professional team. We tested another app "Joy" for a few months to compare the benefits and to remain objective about the functioning of our program, but we quickly returned to Froonze, which offers the same type of program, but with much more stability. **What do you dislike about Froonze Loyalty?** Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. If we really had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the design and UX of the merchant-side interface, which are a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The statistics section could also be enhanced, particularly with a more comprehensive and detailed view of email campaigns, including, for example, more complete open and click reports. A useful feature would be the ability to modify customer information such as the birthday or other details. That said, these are only minor areas for improvement, nothing truly negative, as the application remains extremely stable, reliable, and efficient, and the overall solution is already very well-developed today. **What problems is Froonze Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Froonze brings real added value to our business. Since implementing our loyalty program with Froonze, we have observed a significant increase in sales volume, directly linked to much stronger customer loyalty.
