Froonze is a must have especially for retail businesses that rely on customers that by direct online and in store. It is a fully featured loyalty system at a price you could say “you can’t afford not have Froonze loyalty”

Froonze is an integral part of my business and the way it handles loyalty and wishlists is amazing. I have never been able to really engage with my loyalty as I have now until I used Froonze.

I have used a few others in the past but Froonze wins hands down and if you’re stuck with an issue or idea, the Froonze support team are excellent and responses are so quick.

We've been using Froonze for a while now and are very happy using their application. It helps us engage with our customers very efficiently. The app rewards customer activity, sends notifications, and provide easy-to-use widgets that constantly earn praise from our customers.

A very nice bonus is that besides loyalty program and wishlist, they have a customer portal where our customers can engage with the loyalty program and other functionalities of our website. This has been a game changed for us!

Another awesome feature they added recently is the digital passes for Shopify POS - it enables our customers to download digital passes to their mobile wallets which we can scan using our POS machine. This avoids asking customers for their email or phone number!

The pricing is very fair and convenient. We can select what functions we want and only pay for them.

We have been using Froonze for our loyalty program for several years now, and it is clearly one of the most reliable and pleasant applications we have used so far. The overall design of the loyalty widget is very successful, modern, and perfectly integrated, and the new customer account page is particularly well thought out, both for the end user and for merchant management.

What we appreciate the most is the stability of the application. Everything works smoothly and consistently over time, which is essential for a loyalty program.

Finally, the customer support is exceptional! Always available, extremely friendly, responsive, and truly committed to helping and finding solutions. It is a real pleasure to work with such a professional team.

We tested another app "Joy" for a few months to compare the benefits and to remain objective about the functioning of our program, but we quickly returned to Froonze, which offers the same type of program, but with much more stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. If we really had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the design and UX of the merchant-side interface, which are a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The statistics section could also be enhanced, particularly with a more comprehensive and detailed view of email campaigns, including, for example, more complete open and click reports. A useful feature would be the ability to modify customer information such as the birthday or other details.

That said, these are only minor areas for improvement, nothing truly negative, as the application remains extremely stable, reliable, and efficient, and the overall solution is already very well-developed today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact it's a no-nonsense platform to rewards customers instantly for store purchases. It also has a great wishlist feature which could be built out to really help conversions and gather data. Pricing is straightforward to understand and offers great value. The app still has some areas where it could improve, like its UI and reporting features. A few more customisations like different email notifications for VIP levels instead of one rule for all. However, support seems very focused on hearing feedback and I believe these things will come in time. It would also be great for the wishlist side could get fleshed out a bit more to make it more of a standalone app in its own right. I like how Froonze Loyalty automates the emails and notifications, which allows me to connect Klaviyo effortlessly. It's super easy to set up, and I appreciate all the progress tiers. They offer an all-in-one solution for managing a wishlist, rewards program, and login, which I used to handle with multiple apps. Froonze has been a really good starting point for developing our loyalty program both online and in-store. With it, we’ve been able to make some great improvements to our program. It’s affordable, and the support is great. We just started using the app and we are very impressed. It is great that the rewards and wishlist functionality is in the same app and the customisation and translation options are more than adequate. The other really nice feature is the store credit reward option instead is the traditional points based reward system.
