According to their price I did not find a better solution yet. The customer support team was exceptional. Honestly, I do not understand the bad reviews about them. They are super efficient and they offered me a free refill of my credits even though I did not ask for it. In combination with my other tools this generated me the highest number of correct emails. The email sender tool is quite basic but accomplish what promises, sends the emails and I can review the Stats of the campaigns. One of the best features is that every email comes verified and I can assure it is true. Using correct emails only, my bounce rate are been exceptionally low. Overall I am super satisfied with the product. Could be better? Everything could be better yes, but much more expensive . AnyMailFinder filters out the unverified emails even better and doesn't charge you if it can't say with certainty that the email is valid. Only one user for the starter plan? Seems a little redundant since the work around is just sharing the login. AnyMailFinder lets you have unlimited users starting with their first tiered plan. Tried getting a refund for my subscription when I didn't use my credits over the course of months. Support said there's ZERO exceptions for refunds. AnyMailFinder gives you refunds for unused credits, no questions asked. If you run into the same email address on a different search, you still end up using a credit which is just a waste of money. AnyMailFinder doesn't charge for duplications. Ever. What I like most about FTD is their Chrome plugin. It is very practical and allows me to recover the addresses. emails from the sites I visit and verify that these are valid. It is no longer necessary to send an email and wait for a possible response. Thanks to this tool, I only recover valid email addresses. I have not yet used all the features offered by FTD but they have presented me with another very practical tool called Scrab.in, which is only used on LinkedIn to search for contacts. In any case, I could only advise you to at least try FTD to form your own opinion, but I am sure that you will not be disappointed. **What do you dislike about FindThatLead?** To date, I have no complaints about FTD which does its job properly. I may be just a little disappointed by the limitation in terms of credits, but you have to be patient and wait until next month to continue where we left off the previous month. It took us over two weeks to get someone to answer basic questions such as: How are credits charged. Which brings me to the second big issue. They charge you for every email they "identify". Whether it is 99% likely the email is correct or it is a not verified one. Basically, they charge you for a finger in the air guessed email. The third issue was, even the 99% likely correct email addresses, showed a high bounce rate. After we started using an email verification tool, and run the "99%" emails through that system, we saw up to 40% of incorrect emails. To put this in numbers: On average out of 100 people we were trying to get an email for, their system would provide us with about 45 "99% delivery rate" emails, about 15 "Strong Emails" and 40 "not recommended/not verified" emails. Of the 45 "99% delivery rate emails,", 40% were bad emails. That meant we got only 27 emails that were good too use, out of 100 we had to pay for. So, if you have 5,000 credits per month, you get 1,350 good emails but have to pay for all 5,000 emails. p.s. they recommend that you only use the "99% delivery rate" emails. Not sure why they then rate the second tier emails "Strong delivery Emails". **What problems is FindThatLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying this tool to add to the toolset we already have to identify email addresses. For example, we use(d) systems like Hunter.io, Snov.io, or Rocket Reach. We tried Find That Lead because it was an Appsumo offer and the price, in general, was intriguing. ### 31. The email drip campaign starts the day dripping emails but then shoves a bunch through by mid afternoon. **Recommendations to others considering FindThatLead:** If you have websites from which you want FTL to scrape emails from, it is a quality platform. If you want to use it for prospecting, beware that you will get several “old “ leads because FTL uses LinkedIn data to get emails. It's one of the best purchases you can ever do. First of all, it's a very helpful tool when you want to find email addresses of potential clients. You can search by domain only, or by name/surname and domain. It also provides a confidence level of the emails found. Their new Prospector tools is a great way to find new leads that match your selected criteria. They also have a Chrome extension that makes it super easy to find a person's email straight from their LinkedIn account. It helps a lot when you find the company that can potentially be a great customer for you and then you find the right person on LinkedIn and with just one click you get his/her email address. **What do you dislike about FindThatLead?** The tool is great, the functionality overall is great.
