As a small elevator company, the solution has provided us with the ability to transform the way we do business. With the use of mobile access, real-time communication with out techs, unlimited reporting variation, and automation we have been able to make impactful business decisions that drive success.

FIELDBOSS regularly updates their solution, utilizing customer suggestions and requests to produce new features and enhancements with every release. If we are in need customization, they listen to our needs and collaborate with us to find a way to utilize an existing feature or provide a customized solution. What do you dislike about FIELDBOSS?

As with any system, the output is only as good as the information you put in. Identifying and cleaning up insufficient or inaccurate data can be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FIELDBOSS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility is key in this industry. Being able to react to customers’ needs through real-time contact with our technicians has improved our customer experience and increased operational efficiency. Having information at our fingertips, by using reporting and tracking allows the visibility needed to identify potential problems and find quick solutions, thereby preventing or decreasing repeat visits and elevator downtime. We’ve increased workforce productivity with technician mobile access, using automated flows in processing multi-level tasks throughout the system, and our users having the ability to easily create and share custom views and reports to fit their needs. As a small business reaching out to companies to offer a custom solution can some time be daunting and overwhelming with all the various processes and information required for initial setup etc..,

But we had extremely positive experience from initial consolation to system implantation.

The FIELDBOSS team took the time and patience required for our business needs as it is a specialty compared to the standard ones they typically work with. They took the time Understanding our processes. When ever a problem came up due to our unique way we report service visits they had a can-do attitude to make it work and fit the FIELDBOSS platform.
