**What do you like best about Feebak?**

The app interface is friendly and easy to work with; besides, you can use the app in calls and chat interactions, and at the report view, is very helpful to the final customer.

**What do you dislike about Feebak?**

As a suggestion, it would be amazing if maybe we can use feebak on IVR calls, I mean calls that don´t get to an agent.

**What problems is Feebak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now, our final customers can find out what went wrong on the attention of his agents, and can mean a plan of it, also can see by themselves if the grade given by the users is for something that happens on the call.
