**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I send out feedback surveys to customers from several different offices. EZTexting makes it simple to send messages with unique surveys to different groups. I also like that links can be tracked to see who clicked on them. We use this service a lot but we don't have the volume to justify one of the monthly packages, so we use the pay-as-you-go credit system which is perfect for us. I've only had to contact customer support a few times but they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Nothing I can think of right now. EZ Texting does everything we need it to.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZTexting allows us to send text messages to large groups of people with unique links based on the county they live in. Without EZTexting, I'd have to send each text individually.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting makes it easy for our company to communicate urgent information within our company, like weather closures and other safety related issues. We also use this to let our employees know about important company changes.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

We lost some of our credits after a change or update to EZ Texting's website. Unused credits don’t roll over, and the annual cost is quite expensive. Since we don’t use this service for marketing and instead only use it sparingly for internal communication with our employees and associates, it ends up being a costly service for us. Previously, there was a low up-front cost and we could estimate how many credits we would need for the year. Now, it requires a much larger up-front payment and follows a “use it or lose it” model.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to get important internal communications out to our employees and associates immediately for situations where email may be impractical.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

My team loves EZ Texting. The platform helps the Customer Satisfaction Team to move through their lists efficiently, saving us loads of time. With the help of EZ Texting, we were able to expand from working with 5 offices to 17 offices within the past year.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

One issue we run into is that there is no separation of inboxes. Our team contacts customers from different offices across all time zones. With all responses going into the same inbox, organizing the feedback proves to be slightly difficult and time-consuming.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ solves the issue of mass texting with a certified number. Previously, we had issues with expansion due to a lack of a proper platform.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting is very easy to use, even for team members who are not very technical. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to create campaigns, manage contact lists, and schedule messages quickly. I also appreciate the automation and keyword features, which save time and help us stay consistent with customer communication. Overall, it allows us to reach a large audience efficiently without a steep learning curve.

While EZ Texting is easy to use, some of the more advanced features feel limited unless you move to higher pricing tiers. Reporting and analytics could also be more detailed, especially when trying to measure engagement beyond basic metrics. Occasionally, customization options for messages and workflows feel a bit restrictive compared to more robust platforms.

I like that EZ Texting is very simple to use, making it easy to create texts, add people, and check to make sure someone is included. It's been a great addition to our communication suite. We have been very pleased with how it eliminates a lot of time, simplifying the communication process with our attendees and volunteers. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The one thing was our first year, we didn't understand the full benefits that we would get out of it. We lost a lot of credits because we didn't use it enough. It doesn't actually integrate with our CRM, so we have to put things in manually.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I really like that EZ Texting is very well organized, and the user interface is very intuitive. The ability to store our member information in a contacts list and rapidly send out messages to all of them is extremely helpful. By storing the member information in the contact list, we're able to create groups of association members, like those that live on a specific floor or those who are tenants versus owners, enabling us to direct targeted messages to the right audience.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

It would be very nice if there were a mobile application dedicated for EZ Texting. Currently, when using mobile phones, I have to open up Google Chrome and then log in to the website as if I am on a computer. I think it could be a better user experience if there were a dedicated app for this purpose.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting improves our communication with members, achieving higher message open rates compared to email. It's well-organized, intuitive, and helps us store member info in contact lists for targeted messaging, making communication quicker and more effective.

I use EZ Texting primarily for peer meeting notifications, finding that reminders and notifications are more urgent than easily ignored or missed emails. I like that it's easy to use and I'm pleasantly surprised by the incredible customer service. Additionally, I appreciate that I received personal invitations for training, which I never expected. The initial setup was straightforward, as I managed to import a CSV file and get up and running without prior experience.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I use it for advertising a free peer-to-peer meeting for first responders, and it's expensive to keep sending 200+ texts several times a week for multiple meetings we have going on.

EZ Texting makes meeting reminders more urgent and noticeable than emails. It’s easy to use, with outstanding customer service. However, it's costly to send a large number of texts regularly.

I love that EZ Texting is cost-effective and allows me to save time in my day. One of the most valuable tools for me is the mass texting feature. I'm able to customize messages with just a click of a button, inserting names or other specific details, which personalizes each text for the recipient. The process of sending out messages is streamlined, letting me import a list of contacts and send messages to each one with ease. EZ Texting makes the setup easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

They have a very easy to use dashboard. Even if you're new to SMS it's pretty simple to click through and figure out how to do what. Very easy to segment groups, add notes about the groups so it's easy to identify segments across teams.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

There are a couple of features I wish were improved upon. For example, the inbox deletes any messages once a contact is opted out. I would like to keep those there (for future reference) but not be able to message those contacts anymore. We have to keep a separate spreadsheet to track these responses from members who have opted out so we can add it to their file. 

The other item, sometimes the system can be slow to send (I assume on high-volume days) but some messages are intended to send at an exact time, so getting those out ~9 mins later, isn't a deal breaker, but not ideal.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us quickly communicate urgent messages to our members as well as enables us to message potential members about promotions to encourage enrollments. It's an easy way to reach a lot of people quickly.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I find EZ Texting pretty invaluable and a great service for a great price. It's fantastic for mass contacting, letting me reach a lot of people in a very short time, which saves me a lot of time. The service offers a lot of features, and though I'm still learning some of them, it's fairly easy to use. I mainly use it to contact groups I've signed up, and it's a great reminder tool. I appreciate the ability to send automatic replies based on certain words, and I'm looking forward to using more of the features like feedback and strip campaigns. Importing or adding contacts is pretty simple, which is a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I find the learning curve a bit challenging. You kinda have to play with it for a while to see which way is best for you. I think it could be improved with simpler ease of use, maybe more specific directions on campaigns and understanding bounce backs, which numbers went through, and who opted out. Some specific reports and things get a little hard to use.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting solves the contacting problem by letting me reach many people quickly, saving me time. I use it to send out reminders for Zoom calls, making it invaluable for group communication at a great price.

I use EZ Texting to communicate with our clients and find it convenient to send messages quickly to a large group of people. It's great that clients can respond quickly, and many of them prefer texting over phone calls. I really like the convenience of use, including the mobile application and the ability to send group messages. This platform makes it easier to communicate with our clients and reduces the time it would normally take to answer the same questions via phone call. Generally, we like the app, and we've been using it for years without trying any other texting app.

We have two phone numbers, and we are unsure how to send group messages from the second number.

Regarding sending group messages from your second number, you’ll just need to set that number as your default sending number. To do this, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner of your account, select Account, then go to Textable Numbers. From there, click the three dots next to the number you’d like to use and choose “Set as Default Number.” Once set, you’ll be able to send group messages from that number.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I use EZ Texting every year during open enrollment, which speaks to its reliability and effectiveness in my workflow. It has significantly helped me convert more clients into appointments and close more deals, which is essential for my business growth. Clients even recommend it, indicating their satisfaction with the system. I've also found the initial setup to be very easy and straightforward. The spreadsheets, like CSV Excel files, only require me to input the name and phone number, and everything uploads accordingly. Moreover, I appreciate that I can use EZ Texting on its own, as it does a great job independently, showing how robust the platform is. I've been using EZ Texting for several years and intend to continue using it, as it meets my needs effectively.

I really like EZ Texting for my role as an HR director, as it helps with clear, short communication to my employee base. The setup is really easy and does not take a lot of time, making it convenient to use. It's also easy to create employee contact groups to send a quick text that all employees can access very easily. I really like the product, and it is working well for my company. It's a great product.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I like that EZ Texting saves what you have sent out before, and then you can go in there and view if people have replied back to you. It helps me see if I want to communicate with them or not.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I don't think it's explained how the point or credit system works and how you allocate so many points or credits. It gets really expensive, especially if you're new to this, which I was. Think it would be nice if there was a referral system where you could refer customers and get added credits. I do miss the price point of the other service compared to you guys. I don't think it was easy. I think it could've been easier with some kind of system that shows an example of how the credits work.

I like that EZ Texting saves what you have sent, letting you see replies and decide if you want to communicate further.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I find EZ Texting to be an absolute game changer for our business. It's completely changed the way we communicate with our customers and new clients. We do about 50 estate sales a year and, before each one, we send out a text with a video and pictures, and it's so easy to do that with EZ Texting. The ease of having people subscribe to it, whether it's through a QR code or a quick subscribe, is super effective and allows people to join our text thread quickly. I also appreciate that it makes communication so easy, with a text open rate of over 90% within minutes. It's a phenomenal program and we are very happy with it. It's super easy to set up, taking just seconds, and there was someone to help us at the business. Subscription and communication with customers are efficient and straightforward with this tool.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would like a program that has higher numbers. We use the 500 text program right now where we get 500 texts per month. I would like a higher amount of available text because we're eventually going to get to the point where we're sending out thousands and thousands of texts.

EZ Texting changed how we communicate, making it easy to text 1,500 people about estate sales. The open rate is over 90% within minutes, which is amazing. It's a game changer for customer communication.

We like having the ability to allow our customers to call or text us at the same number, whichever is their preference.  If that same ability to send outgoing texts from our main recognizable number were possible from the app, it would be perfect.  It USED to work, but quit not long after we began using it.  It does work from the online website, just not the app.  When we contacted EZ Text a couple of times, they basically said we were just "lucky" that it works online because they doubted the app would be fixed to do the same functionality.

I have been using EZ Texting for my small business for at least two or three years and found it through a friend's referral. I love its intuitive and easy setup, which made getting started a breeze. **What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It is easy to:
- add new contacts and get them sorted into contact lists
- schedule messages to be sent at a later time
- respond to messages that are sent as replies to texts sent out

It allows MMS.  We aren't using EZ texting for typical marketing, we are a church using it to send notes out to our members.  Those notes tend to be longer, so having MMS as an option is a must (and many texting services don't allow this). 

We like that including pics and links is possible.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

It is more expensive than we would like, though we are regularly exploring our alternative options and aren't finding any (because we need MMS). 

The app isn't very function or user friendly.  I would love to do more from my phone, but default to my computer since the app is limited and cumbersome.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to be able to send out messages to our membership all at one time.  We also want to be able to schedule some of those messages ahead of time.  EX texting allows us to do both.

EZ Texting is pretty straightforward and that's probably the best part about it. They've improved the platform to make it even more user-friendly including showing a preview of the message, simplifying their credit system, and improving scheduling.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I don't necessarily use EZ Texting often and the email communications from their platform can be a bit annoying. While scheduling and composing has improved, their previous platform showed the date and time of their server which helped me more confidently schedule our text messages. Now it's timezone-based, but being in a specific timezone that doesn't observe Daylight Saving, it can be a bit confusing and I've made mistakes with campaigns before.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

As with any marketing or promotional campaign, it's important to plan things ahead of time. Use a service like wordcounter.net to make sure your message is within the allowable character limit of text messages. Use the preview option in EZ Texting to make sure that everything works. Be aware of your timezone and other settings to ensure a successful campaign.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While at work I use EZ Texting for sending marketing and promotional messages, I've also used this product during festival events and conferences as a way of mass messaging vendors and participants about updates to schedules, emergency information, etc.. There isn't a more effective way of sending out immediate messages to a group of people and EZ Texting helps me do it quickly and in an affordable way.

I appreciate how we can manually add phone numbers to EZ Texting without needing the subscriber to go through an opt-in authentication process. We also use another program for email communications; that program has the ability to send SMS messages, but requires subscribers to reply back to a text message to complete their subscribe. Many individuals think they have already subscribed by completing the form, and therefore never reply back to complete their subscription. This is very frustrating for everyone involved; EZ Texting's opt-in process is much more user friendly from both the admin and subscriber perspectives.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The fact that monthly credits do not accumulate. When we have to send a text message that is outside of our normal message cadence, we are often forced to purchase credits...and then our automatic monthly charge will process a few days later, giving us the credits we would have needed to send the message. This is an extra cost for us, and frustrating that EZ Texting takes advantage of that.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting makes it very easy to reach our audience and relay information that is time-sensitive. Relying on other communication methods, like email, increase the chance that our message won't be viewed in time (or viewed at all). Business texting capabilities are almost expected; EZ Texting helps us meet that expectation with a simple interface that does not require a lot of time to learn.

I like that I can reply individually to anyone who responds to my campaign. I also like how the application tells me how many of my texts made it to the recipient and how many bounced. It also tells me the # of times certain phone number has bounced.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

What I haven't figured out how to fix yet is to send a text to known good numbers that keep bouncing (5-7x) I was once one of the bounced #s that came up when I sent out a campaign text. Somehow, about 30% of the 124 contacts I sent a text to bounced. Sent a ticket and still havent heard back.

Mobile usability was limited.  When we used it, it had to be done from a desktop browser.  There was an app that could be used to monitor messages and reply to individual ones, but couldn't send a mass text.

I like the tracking of delivery and the drafting campaign features most. The drafting campaign feature makes it easier to create new drafts instead of typing up a new text each time, which is especially helpful for mandatory orientation reminders.

I wish that adding contacts was a little bit more user-friendly and not a multi-step process. Being able to extract the details needed from an Excel document when uploaded would make the process so much faster.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I absolutely love how easy it was to set up EZ Texting. I could seamlessly transfer all my data from the old SMS marketing service using CSV files, Excel sheets, and simple copy-pasting methods. This ease of setup saved me a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate how EZ Texting saves me time by allowing me to send messages in bulk without needing to painstakingly send them one by one to each customer. Additionally, the feature that allows me to purchase someone's spot without needing to upgrade to a different tier is fantastic, offering flexibility and convenience. The pricing of the service is also highly reasonable and well-suited to my budget, which is important for me as a business owner. I find the ability for unused credits to roll over particularly beneficial, ensuring that I am getting full value for my investment. The convenience and simplicity of using EZ Texting to reach my customers efficiently are unmatched, making it an invaluable tool for my fitness business.

I find the analytics and data reporting capabilities lacking. I would appreciate more detailed insights into how many people are being reached, who is clicking on links, opening text messages, and the best times and practices for sending messages to my audience.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

Perhaps we use EZ Texting in a non traditional matter, but it has been great do divert customers from filling up our phone lines and instead havebeen texting us their questions. This has been such a help, I wish we did this years ago!

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

If I had to come up with one downside, it would be the latency. Sometimes texts seem to go missing or don't show up for quite some time. Also don't seem to consistently "auto refresh." Meaning I'll log in and even though I thought I'm caught up, I refresh and there all of the sudden I have multiple unread messages.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has hugely solved our phone call problem, we are a small business that is very seasonal. In the busy months we simply can't answer our phones. This has created a way for us to interact with customers without being tied up on the phone all day.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

Easy to use platform, pretty clean dashboard and usability features. Sign-up and web forms are easy to implement to generate sign-ups.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The cost of credits is and always has been confusing, regardless of the text platform. We're a hospitality brand and have used many providers over the years. Depending on the size of your list, credits can start to add up for a simple text message. The annual credit doesn't really hold much value and you are often reloading your account. Worth the investment if it brings in customers but just something to be aware of.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct communication with our customer list - people who have signed up to hear from us. We are less at the mercy of an algorithm or social media platform where we aren't sure if customers will see a message, especially if it's time sensitive.

It is helpful to get information out to people. We use it instead of emails and find the interaction to be much better. EZ Texting is easy to use and understand. The User Interface is fine too.

the cost of the credits. We are a non-profit organization, and our usage is not for marketing purposes. We need to get information to people and this is the best option in our opinion.

EZ Texting is helping us get information and interaction with our organization. Emails go unread, and sending a text to a cell phone has increased our interaction.

The copy and paste contact groups has been a game changer. We are using primarily for parent communication for our community center programs- so they opt in during registration and our parents QUICKLY know updates and reminders that they would have missed if only sent by email.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Too many promotional emails- I don't mind some tips and ideas, but most of them are for companies who use the platform for marketing, which isn't our primary use.

Rapid communication with our clients and quick responses from them. We know eveyrone's email inbox is too full- so utilizing a quick text has been perfect.

When people sign up, it only has their numbers and not their names which can be difficult to manage for people who should no longer be on the list.

The user interface is straightforward, and what I appreciate most is the call forwarding feature.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would like to see an option to choose a custom sender number. Alternatively, allowing the use of a business name would make messages appear more authentic to recipients.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with people is becoming more challenging since not everyone checks their emails. Texting, on the other hand, is easier because messages are more likely to reach the recipient, and the read rate is much higher compared to emails.

I would like to see an app to be able to use EZ Texting from my phone. I'm using it on my laptop right now, but being able to use it from my phone would be great too.
