There is nothing that comes to mind. I cannot think of any weaknesses.

We have not experienced any problems with EZ Texting to this point.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It's very user friendly and a simple platform for any level of user.  Quick reports to show usage trends to help you determine how many credits you may need.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

At our annual renewal, we changed plans and it locked us out of the system like we were completely new users.  It also use to charge one credit per SMS message and one credit for an MMS message - it now charges three credits for MMS, so make sure your messages are short and contain no graphics (even a smiley face).

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for multiple lists and multiple key works for quick, easy enrollment and mass messaging to staff based on different needs/criteria.  For example, is allows for quick, mass communication to staff when we have open shifts that need filling, or an all staff text about an upcoming event.  Quick, easy and effective communication for a very affordable price.

I love the price point, how user friendly it is, the interface is so simple and easy to use, the support is top notch. It does everything we need and more for a small business making it easy to scale but doesn't over complicate anything!

Sometimes the notifications about new messages don't show so it can be annoying not to know there is a new message but it's relatively rare.

It makes it easy to reach our customers quickly and to get immediate responses when we need them. I love that we can enter code into our website to easily get texts with any questions our customers have.

EZ Texting helps solve the problem of slow or inconsistent communication with employees about HR and payroll matters. In a busy work environment, it can be challenging to make sure everyone sees important updates—especially when relying solely on email, which often goes unread or gets lost in inboxes.

With EZ Texting, I can send instant text alerts for things like payroll deadlines, direct deposit confirmations, benefit enrollment reminders, and urgent HR updates. It ensures that employees receive the message right away and are more likely to take action quickly. This has reduced missed deadlines, minimized confusion, and improved overall communication efficiency across the organization. It’s especially helpful for reaching field staff or teams who aren’t regularly checking email.

I like how nice the people that work there are. They have real people who actually reply to my emails or my chats. I contacted them about one of my phone numbers on a different account and they were able to accommodate my request over the course of a couple of days which was very reasonable. I have recommended them to other business clients that I work with and they have adopted their service.

I have nothing negative to say about EZ Texting. They are doing great.

We also appreciate your feedback about emojis and character limits. Emojis use special characters that fall outside the standard SMS character set. When those characters are included, carriers treat the message differently, which reduces the number of characters allowed per message segment. This behavior is controlled by carrier standards across the industry. We know it can be frustrating. Our team is always happy to help with tips to optimize message length.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

The setup was very smooth. Our designated onboarding person, Vicky, was very knowledgeable, open to questions, and extremely helpful. After using it for eight months, employees are very happy—they stay informed, and it’s easy for us to communicate any schedule changes, inclement weather updates, or whether we are open or closed. Even team-building events are easier to advertise to all 80 employees at once.

EZ Texting was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also great to have built-in AI that helps craft messages in different styles, keeping them as short or as long as needed. The owner is happy with the price we’re paying for this convenience! :)

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Constant double authentication for administrator. Can not send messages from app.

EZ Texting has been a game-changer for our communication needs. Our office really loves EZ Texting! We love that the message comes directly from the office number without having to have a special, different number to text to. Additionally, it is extremely easy to use. Very user friendly for all skill levels. It's also useful that images can be sent as well.

I don't know if anything we dislike about EZ Texting at this time. Everything has worked great!

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It makes it very convenient to send out text messages to a large group of clients at once. It's definitely convenient, efficient, and saves lots of time for us. The messages deliver quickly, and we like being able to communicate back and forth with out clients when we need to.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would say the only downside is still being charged a message credit for phone numbers that are not in service (because we don't know they're out of service and were only given numbers recently; it's also not uncommon for the type of clients we deal with to disconnect their numbers often).

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing for us to communicate easily with clients who prefer text messages as a means of contact. It also allows there to be written and saved record of our communications.

It is neat organized and easy to navigate through. Customer Support is really easy to contact and assist in a timely manner. There are lots of features that are in the application that make the program easy to utilize. It is also easy to implement when reaching out to people we need to connect to. This program is easy to integrate on a day to day basis as I use this program 5-10 times a day.

The mobile app sometimes does not work very well.

Reaching out to Multiple People at once and having contact numbers merged immediately off of an excel word document.

Being able to create different groups for multiple business locations. Makes it easier to send out important texts to certain group of people.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Every time I try to login, a security alert pops up and makes accessing the website harder.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem EZ Texting is solving for me is when employees try to say they did not receive certain messages and I can show the delivery report as proof it was received.

Pricing can be confusing at first. Some features are behind additional paywalls after subscribing, not a deal-breaker, but was disappointing. It may have changed recently.

I appreciate the ease of use in managing and using the web application.  We use it for company emergency or other all company or team communications. Onboarding new users is simple and sending standardized texts in real time or on a schedule is easy.

The increase in annual cost but it is not prohibitive. We don't use it for marketing or customers, just internal employee communication. So there is no ROI on the overhead.  A mobile app would be very useful.

The delivery reports are excellent. The responsiveness from the support team is great. Their automation is very useful for the purpose of sending a message to leads as soon as they sign up. Their onboarding process is straightforward and reasonable. Legitimate responses like questions from customers appear in the inbox. Very useful tool.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Their email notifications and mobile app notifications send you updates about both opt-outs and regular, legitimate messages like questions from customers. It would be great to configure their email notifications and mobile app notifications to show only notify us about regular, legitimate messages because the opt outs take care of themselves. If a person unsubscribes, they won't receive our messages anymore. That situation is resolved, whereas questions from potential leads is not resolved until we respond to them. Therefore, those messages deserve more attention than opt-outs.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ez texting to communicate with both leads and customers. This tool is especially useful because unlike email inboxes, texting does not have a default spam folder. Whereas some marketing emails make it to people's primary inboxes, and other emails do not make it and instead go to the spam folder, text messages sent from ez texting are received around 98% of the time, unless the person's phone number is a landline, invalid, not in use anymore, etc. The email spam folder prevents emails from reaching certain people's inboxes, but by leveraging text messages, you can avoid the spam folder and actually connect with your customers and leads.

I can utilize the app anywhere and get on to send texts to large groups of people

You have to monitor how many people are on the texts and make sure you have them up to date so you are not spending extra credits sending to people that are no longer needed.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting is a great platform.  It has been the best option for communicating with all of our program recipents.  I really enjoy that EZ texting allows us to send out both mass group and individual text messages.  As well as have the option to reply to our recipents in real time.  The process to integrate contacts into the system is also very easy with endless options for transfer whether you use an excel sheet or another online platform or file type.  The customer support is top tier also! They help walk you through all the steps to get started effiencently and even follow up to help if you run into any problem with implementation.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I have no complaints about EZ Texting. It has been a pleasure to use EZ Texting to be communicate with our clients.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

Most helpful is importing from our crm contacts to build sms marketing campaigns for.  What's more is the SMS campaign build is seamless and executable without any time delay as you get real time delivery responses.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

My only dislike is the additional credits required when you want to use syntax fields and special characters in a campaign message.  This extra charge of credits (although worth the cost - greater respond rates) is annoying.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the marketing issue of targeting the write segment(s) of our user base with the right message at the right time.  This benefits especially when we have local events and we can be nimble with ex texting.
