**What do you like best about Evergrowth?**

The ICP and persona centralization is a game changer. CRM data comes in clean and contextualized, and the human onboarding made the whole setup surprisingly smooth.

**What do you dislike about Evergrowth?**

The UI is still maturing, but honestly that's expected for a tool that's rethinking how GTM works from scratch. The team is responsive and feedback actually gets implemented.

**What problems is Evergrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the sole RevOps and Marketing Ops, I was drowning in dirty CRM data and stale prospects. Evergrowth cleaned up my prospecting database and surfaced dormant accounts with fresh insights, flagging contacts who changed jobs, suggesting new people to reach out to in the same company, and giving the right angle to re-engage them. Now I can hand my SDRs qualified, ready-to-work lists instead of raw data. It's probably the biggest time saver in my current stack.

**What do you like best about Evergrowth?**

I really appreciate Evergrowth for striking the right balance of breadth of capabilities and ease of use. I use it for enriching leads for intent-based outbound and it has become core to our demand generation and sales. I love how their whole package minimized the time to value with really good onboarding. It's not just the technology that stands out but also their methodologies around orchestrating agents and the expertise of their customer success team in hands-on implementation. Their continued thought leadership around intent-based outbound is commendable, and I find their platform's ease of use and extensibility excellent. The ability to quickly ramp up or deprecate AI agents for particular use cases is particularly valuable. Their customer success is easily reachable, responsive, and they truly dig in to help me get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Evergrowth?**

As a user of HubSpot CRM, their integration with HubSpot has been frustrating. I believe they've actually changed back end providers to help solve that, but it's still causing some disruptions and leading to frustrations for sure.

**What problems is Evergrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Evergrowth primarily for enriching leads, and it helps with contact enrichment like emails and telephones. It provides deep, rich signals around prospects' operations. Evergrowth is core to our intent-based outbound efforts, enhancing demand generation and sales with its ease of use and customer support.

The best thing is that the possibilities are endless. I don't need to go through different websites, everything can be done through Evergrowth. Also it is quite customisable, can customise what works best for you or your company.

**What do you dislike about Evergrowth?**

It is not very straightforward, bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is Evergrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not waste much time any more, it is all there. I do not have to go back and forth through different websites, therefore helps me save so much time and effort. 
Also, it gives great insights about the company, the people to target, helps me with what I need to say and which tone.

It’s very flexible in the ways we want to approach the market, and it doesn’t feel like there’s any limit with agents.

**What do you dislike about Evergrowth?**

At the moment, Evergrowth covers the functionality we need and fits well into our workflow. I haven't encountered any major gaps or limitations. If anything, continued improvements would be welcome, but overall the platform meets our current requirements.

**What problems is Evergrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evergrowth has been valuable for helping us identify and research target accounts, enrich prospect and company data, and keep our CRM up to date. It covers the core functionality we need right now and supports our outbound and go-to-market efforts in a practical, effective way.

It's an innovative product that can perform very difficult to replicate research.

**What do you dislike about Evergrowth?**

Oddly steep learning curve, lack of functional modality (you can't just enrich one component of a company en masse unless you build a multistep workflow from scratch).

**What problems is Evergrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identification of ICP for a vertical SaaS company; it's very difficult to identify our potential customers at scale without research that would be very expensive to scale with humans alone.

Flexibility in the setup; possibility to review your accounts in great depth; be able to identify the right persona's at the right level

UI in the beginning was a bit complex (not sure what to configure where) - but this has improved a lot!

Much faster account research + identifying personas we were not aware of in the past
