**What do you like best about Eloquant?**

The big thing of Eloquant is that it manage a 360° action : you can send email survey, SMS survey...
The workflows are really powerfull, and you can do anything you want.
Really powerfull, and a consulting team that helps you to do what is best (ex: questions, wording...).
It is also powerfull and allows to manage large volumes of data.

**What do you dislike about Eloquant?**

The charts could be improved. Now there is some "dynamics" chats with animations, special charts... that could make it more "fun" for our managers.

**What problems is Eloquant solving and how is that benefiting you?**
