The platform delivers comprehensive demand planning and generates order recommendations through sophisticated backend calculations, which lead to highly accurate forecasts. Our account manager, Marek, has been exceptionally supportive, consistently addressing any issues we face in a timely manner.

I find that refreshing only twice in 24 hours is too slow. It would be helpful to have a manual refresh option, especially after making changes to any information on Merlin. EAZYSTOCK is a powerful sales history and forecast tool which then comes with a team of Devs and human resource. The app has a huge amount of features and potential for a business of our size, we have barely got our heads around setup!

Eazystock requires a degree of knowledge from the common user base to work. The "Classic" interface, which we were given before the new "EVO" interface, was clunky and cosmetically not pleasing at all. Furthermore, the training offered was focused towards the advanced user who understands forecasting algorithms. The onboarding process therefore has been tough to "sell" to the wider business. Sophisticated forecasting logic, with a lot of flexibility built-in where it's needed. Once integrated, EazyStock seemed to supplement and then gradually replace most of our legacy stock ordering reports.

Feature-rich system, with the impression that we are rarely the first customer to request something.

Much of the value comes from regular calls with our EazyStock consultant, who has direct experience in the roles that the software is designed to support.

As time goes on we're continually finding ways to adjust EazyStock's integration with our ERP so that it has all the data it needs to make accurate forecasts.

The user interface is not immediately intuitive. Training is definitely required, but it is also expertly-delivered.

Our initial integration took many months but integrations with larger and more popular ERP systems may be more plug-and-play.

Some tasks (e.g. historical data refreshes, configuration changes, custom reports) are manual requests at EazyStock's side rather than features built into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1 . Easy to navigate around the program.

2. Good to use on a day to day basis, even if its not just for ordering

3. After a bit of work making sure its right it makes good suggestions on products.

4. If you have an unuseal sale, you can discount it from future forecasts to limit over ordering.

5 . Very good point of contact that helps us with any issues or changes we need.

I use/reply on EazyStock for my daily ordering and it has saved so much time! However, the best thing about EazyStock is simply the customer service/support. It is truly unmatched. Whenever I have a question or need to make "tweaks", I receive exceptional support and consultation on those needs. Additionally, EazyStock gives the user so many ways to tailor the system to meet your needs and it is incredible while still remaining user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside right now is I feel "trapped" to the classic interface and cannot moved over to the Evolution interface because there is some missing functionality or difference in the way Evolution operates. The largest most specific downfall for me in Evolution is the Order Fill-Up. In the classic version, on the recommended order, I am able to select order fill up and see all items with next order dates (projected) without any filters/requirements to do so. Whereas, in Evolution your are required to be in the Confirmed status and you are required to select a fill-up to option. In my opinion, the classic order fill up is much more straightforward and powerful. I strongly recommend using the same model as classic. The Evolution order fill-up for me is not usable which is why I feel trapped in Classic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EazyStock has been an excellent tool for streamlining our inventory management. It's helped us significantly reduce overstock and excess inventory, while also providing smart product suggestions that enable us to better serve our customers. I haven't had too much involvement in the actual day to day usage of Eazystock, but I'm told by our procurement colleagues that it makes their life easier & gives more clarity behind ordering decisions.

Some utilities could be streamlined, such as:

-Buffer stocks can only be updated on mass if the input value is the same
