Our account manager, Marek, has been exceptionally supportive, consistently addressing any issues we face in a timely manner. I have been using the platform for over a year, and ES has made my work much easier while saving me a significant amount of time. The seamless integration with Merlin has also been a valuable benefit. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** I find that refreshing only twice in 24 hours is too slow. It would be helpful to have a manual refresh option, especially after making changes to any information on Merlin. Additionally, I think the software can feel overwhelming for first-time users, as it seems primarily geared toward more advanced users. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system recommends purchase orders for us to create and makes it easy to export them to Merlin, which saves a significant amount of time on demand forecasting and PO creation. Additionally, the risk of run out reports provides advance notice on items that may soon be out of stock. We also rely on it to monitor our inventory health, as it helps us spot overstocked items. The app has a huge amount of features and potential for a business of our size, we have barely got our heads around setup! The setup process was long due to our own IT pipeline, but the interaction with the EZ staff and there attitude and approach was fantastic. They were open and honest about workload and sharing information. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** Eazystock requires a degree of knowledge from the common user base to work. The "Classic" interface, which we were given before the new "EVO" interface, was clunky and cosmetically not pleasing at all. Once integrated, EazyStock seemed to supplement and then gradually replace most of our legacy stock ordering reports. Feature-rich system, with the impression that we are rarely the first customer to request something. Much of the value comes from regular calls with our EazyStock consultant, who has direct experience in the roles that the software is designed to support. As time goes on we're continually finding ways to adjust EazyStock's integration with our ERP so that it has all the data it needs to make accurate forecasts. Willingness to go the extra mile when required. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The user interface is not immediately intuitive. Training is definitely required, but it is also expertly-delivered. Our initial integration took many months but integrations with larger and more popular ERP systems may be more plug-and-play. We use Merlin kit codes, and Eazystock are working with us trying to have them implemented into the eazystock system to unsure we don't over or under over on these products that make the kit. ### 6. However, the best thing about EazyStock is simply the customer service/support. It is truly unmatched. Whenever I have a question or need to make "tweaks", I receive exceptional support and consultation on those needs. Additionally, EazyStock gives the user so many ways to tailor the system to meet your needs and it is incredible while still remaining user friendly. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The biggest downside right now is I feel "trapped" to the classic interface and cannot moved over to the Evolution interface because there is some missing functionality or difference in the way Evolution operates. The largest most specific downfall for me in Evolution is the Order Fill-Up. In the classic version, on the recommended order, I am able to select order fill up and see all items with next order dates (projected) without any filters/requirements to do so. Whereas, in Evolution your are required to be in the Confirmed status and you are required to select a fill-up to option. In my opinion, the classic order fill up is much more straightforward and powerful. I strongly recommend using the same model as classic. The Evolution order fill-up for me is not usable which is why I feel trapped in Classic. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is doing all of our demand planning. It saves me a ton of time when creating orders. One of our main issues was the time consuming ordering process from excel to our ERP, which is now auotmated saving our team time so we can become planners instead of inputters. Dynamic lead time is great as it takes into the real life lead times for every product, so orders are being forcasted for the most accurate lead time. The support we have recived from Eazystock team espcially Cristina is next to non, starting with great training on the system making sure we all understand, to when we are actively ordering using the system having monthly check in's and emails are always anwsered promtley for any questions we have. What i like best from Eazystock is that it is like an on going project and you constanly work together for what is best for your business to grow using the sytem. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The only thing we struggled with when starting using Eazystock was the diffrent termanoligy used for the demand type, such as our best seller was classed as erratic when we class it as fast. It all makes sense when you get using the system and understand the diffrent meanings. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eazystock helped us as we are a multi location business, we utilized stock we had in other locations instead of ordering more meaning we reduced our stock hold by 30% whilst maintaining our stock avalibilty. We could activley manage changes in demand more pro activley resulting in less OOS. Saved the team time manually entering orders as is now a import onto our sytem. ### 15. Our CSM has also given us training tailored to our experience and needs rather than a bog standard training or presentation. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The integration process was difficult, and for our business required a lot of customizations from EazyStock's developer. We have had to test and rework our EazyStock platform many times over the past 9 months and haven't been able to trust all the outputs and recommendations, which removes a chunk of the functionality that EazyStock offers. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** EazyStock is primarily used in recommending what stock to buy and what stock to move between our warehouses. It sets a target stock and service levels based on some parameters that helps us understand how much stock of a given product we should have, and we have taken that data and integrated it into our CRM to give visibility across the company. Our objective when adopting EazyStock was to reduce our stock inventory whist maintaining a good availability for customers - it has broadly achieved this, although a little slower than we would have liked. My personal favourite feature of EazyStock is the ability to forecast sales for our new products, from which EazyStock will give a recommendation on how much stock to buy, and will then recalculate once the orders do or do not come in. System accessibility and navigation is userfriendly - partiuclarly when you get more used to it - several ways to access the same things is good too. Changes in demand are very easily picked up by the system and the alerts are very viusible - makes us quicker to react and understand fluctuations in our sales/stock **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** Setting PO MOQ level at units is not possible at order fill up. Work around is needed for our busines , we can do it but not easy. Order fill up view is limited and could do with the ability to personalise the view and add more columns UAT and Training is very un-interactive and can you switch off from it too easily - need it to be more interactive and more "training" before actual UAT. Screen scrolling, you loose the top bit (action boxes) and you only get the column headings and loose the action boxes. Sometimes you need the visibility of more. Not being live data for us as a business is harder, only loading daily, but not a huge issue but can on occasions cause a delay in ordering by 24 hrs.
