After years of relying on Excel spreadsheets, moving to a system that helps us work proactively rather than reactively has changed the way we operate and has benefited both the business and the customer. Risk of Run out is a tool every business should have. It helps prevent running out of stock and gives you the time you need to respond before it becomes a problem. The People, there is never a task too Big for Eazy Stock. They are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, they are fun to work with. Mark, Amy and Sania, have been excellent to work with. There isn’t an option to change the colour based on the location I’m viewing. I understand why it’s orange, but it would be helpful to have different colours for different locations—for example, one for the UK or PLC. Once integrated, EazyStock seemed to supplement and then gradually replace most of our legacy stock ordering reports. Feature-rich system, with the impression that we are rarely the first customer to request something. Much of the value comes from regular calls with our EazyStock consultant, who has direct experience in the roles that the software is designed to support. As time goes on we're continually finding ways to adjust EazyStock's integration with our ERP so that it has all the data it needs to make accurate forecasts.
